i think this phone is gr8 and works really well...there's no need to worry abt getting a new one.

I bougt this phone 3 weeks ago and after one week i returned my firs phone to the shop because of very poor battery life only 2 day on min usage, then they gave me another new one wich is a bit better but battery life stilll sucks only 3,5 day on min usage. i will charge this phone one more time and if the battery still will last for only 3 day i will return again. Phone is great has all I need but what's the point to have this phone if with normal usage it will last 1,5 day it's useless...

This phone is good... better than most in the same price range. Go for it. Very good interface. very easy to use, Awesome touch, best 5mp camera, good sound, wi-fi is very easy to use..... Overall its a crazy phone.

OS ist touchwiz2, its based on jar./jad. install files.With one word for this preis its a HAMMER.,take the phone one day and you will see!

if you bought samsung s8000 and it doesnt do what it says or you c that lifetime of the batery is super low then return it and take a new one, or another phone,,, some phones comes out from the factory with problems, the real factional jets s8000 r extremly good phones...

does S8000 JET support ARABIC language? is there any way to add it?
what is the maximum size of a PDF file (let s say conatining only text) that S8000 can open?
what about java and jar files ? is there a limit?

I dont care who complains about the phone cause it all boils down to personal preference in the end. to all those who need games i think this might work. i haven't actually tried it yet but i have seen it. i will try it tonight. you might have to update your firmware first. the s8003 might work just as is. i will let you know how it goes but if you want to try then here it is. http://www.lgarenaforum.co.uk/index.php it looks like just a forum but go into the posts and you'll see links to download the games. apparently these games work on the jet as well.

seriously???????Jet is so inconsistent????wow...i bought t only cz of the nice initial reviews of this phone...and am using it since a week,,,as i can see the battery life is 2 days max..with minimal calls and recreations running behind..but i have nt yet tried installing any sw on to my fone..as i couldn't find any forums providing this!!!this is indeed very awful...but look wise its cool..performance better..musik awesome..camera avg...then UI good..i won't say its the best but ok...price very high...can be dropped down to 15-15.5 K max (INR...hmmm lemme see how this goes with me..in the next couple of months..ill post my views back :-)

Who in the world ever designated this forum as an outlet for only overly satisfied users to express their happiness and make positive comments only?
Who ever saw a successful forum or topic about satisfied, happy all rosy world?
Forums are a common outlet for people to express problems, disatisfaction, find other people with same problems and find solutions to their PROBLEMS.
So uhappy Jet users have at least as much right to be here as much as happy users.
Anyone one dont like it, go create an ALL HAPPY JET USERS forum and write about how happy you all are

Why did they engage in such misleading advertising, confusing not only private buyers but companies too? Check out retail sites and auction sites to see how many people mistakenly list this phone as a smartphone... Samsung was duying to have this phone be considered on equal terms as a smartphone...
But besides that. Not being able to download applications is one thing. There are more wrongs to this phone than just that. And the problems have been listed tens of times in this forum by too many people and we are tired of repeating them.
Just because some people have this phone and it is working fine, that does not mean that other people who have this phone and are having serious problems with it are luying (this goes to the other dude below who says he cant believe the lies about this phone). Dont call anyone a lier. Express your opinion and let others express theirs

im sure lot of people here write negatives about the phone without even seen or used it b4.... there is no other explanation... i have this phone like 2 months now, i use almost every option of it, internet,gps,video, camera,,, everythin, i never had problem,, with full usage it needs charging every 3 days, i cant belive so many lies here for this phone
