Hi,
I would like to get 1 piece of this. Any good & bad comments from you guys? I see the rating is quite good. Not sure are they true?
Would like to ask on the storage of external card, can i store my sms under it? I see on the specification, sms is only up to 200? That's limited.
KIndly give me some guides for this phone as i'm going to get it soon before i regret :)

I've been playing with Jet for about an hour. Everythings are as expected what means very well. But... I've just found a very disadvantage for me. The sound level ( radio or player ) with headphones is LOW ( as for me ).Even than with setting the volume to the highest level.Is there any solutions for that ?
My personal MP4 player plays the same files muuuuuuuuch, much louder BTW.

there is a digital compass in the route 66 gps software which is accurate. You need to go to www.66.com and install it first. it is pre-installed in the s8000, but in the s8003 you can use the workaround posted below to enable navigation on your phone.

Avi: Let me answer your question. There is document viewer preinstalled inside the phone that you can used to viewing the doc, xls, ppt, and also pdf file. Please note that this is only viewer, you can't use it to edit or create your own document.

Hei.. guys I want 2 buy a phone with excellent GPS features...Is samsung jet worth for it ??? And if yes, then kindly tell me where to get its GPS software and how to install it ???

If its disables , you have to enable it * .. my mistake was written wrong :D

I knew how to open ( enable ) GPS for s8003 and here is what you should do :
1- press *#6984125*# well open admin screen
2- go to Internals and then inter master key *#9072641*#
3- go to LbsApp and then go to Navigation and if it is enable then desable it
the phone will restart and its done try it and then the navigation icon appears in the menu
if you wont go back do the same but enable it
..................................................
then you have to download route 66 from the website and install it on the memory card not the phone memory after then you will be using your GPS freely and by this the GPS problem is solved and i have tried this method and its 100 % working ....... enjoy your phone to the max ;)

i really love the phone.. its about time they release such phones with full load of features such as this..
i tested how long it will play music on a single charged battery.. guess what?
will play up to "12 hours!" music nonstop..really!
with:
wifi activated, bluetooth disabled, 3g network disabled..
next time if i have time will test duration if using headset.. maybe shoerter battery life?

The best touch phone in 2009 year!......samsung 5 point....lg 2 point....nokia 1 point....sony 0 point....you must have it!.....it is true!....:)...I had try all,and that is it!.....ps!.....lg phone is full of bug!..:)

Does this phone have a document viewer? I mean like office applications - word, excel, ppt and can it open pdf files?
