The speaker is pretty crisp but that doesn't help with music (u get no bass) so if u want the whole room to know that u got a new phone when it rings :P then u gotta choose a track suitable for the speakers(techno, vocal etc)
Also, to the person who said heaphone cord is too short.. what are u ? a giraffe ? check ur box, u get a pretty long mid way adapter cord for the heaphones (the one wid d mic)..

saleem khan , 14 Jul 2009samsung makes good fone .but in these days they make only 1... moreagree with u... samsung need new design, btw omnia and omnia two and samsung jack have a beautiful style in my opinion...

also the free headset's cord is too short..
other than that I love this phone :D

Why not buying a phone that is cheaper than other low spec and expensive overrated phones?
Just think this way, probably because of this S8000 JET you will end buying an cheaper Iphone. Happy?

- is the camera quality really good?

1.why do u need to exit music player ? the widget allows
u to pause.. u can also switch off background playin
2.Yes Is it possible to add Excel, Word etc (2003) +pdf

annoying how I cannot close the music player...is it just me or there is no "exit" option for some apps? so far im finding the music player annoying because I cant close it
