Hi all,
does anybody know how to use youtube in this Jet?
Yesterday, I just bought one and when I tried to open Youtube. It said 'Connected' and stop at there. Nothing appear.
I checked my WiFi connection and its working and I can surf web sites. But not this youtube.
Anyone know why? and how to use it?

Hi there, I was checking the net for useful information about JET's support for 3rd party applications.
Specifically, I'm looking for a decent navigation software (other than Route66) and dictionaries / translators.
Since Samsung wasn't capable of applying their phone design to a well populated Symbian "standard" and rather fiddling with an own proprietary OS (the reason I'm looking for alternatives to the iPhone), there is not at all apps support for the JET.
Any suggestions to the apps which could prove me wrong?

Can anybody tell me why vidostreaming on the internet does not work (only you tube). Do I something wrong, need to install something or is the phone not capeable of doing this? Maybe an update ?

first of all the sound of the phone is great, its not low niether very loud, i compared it to nokia N97 and it was same loudness for both phones.. throug the headphones its also very good specially with the 5.1 surround sound..and yes u can install 3d games and everything java on this phone easily..hope i helped.. have a nice day ^^

b) Can we install and play standard java/3d java games on this beauty as in 5800??

hey...! wht to worry to install java software in this phone..no need the tkfilexplore n using the master key to update phone java DB...just transfer "jar" sofware from pc to phone by using bluetooth or usb cable,then select menu > my files > other file n u will see your software...tap at there n install it..then play...so asy right???

I have the phoen now for two days and is great. I can not find anything wrong with it. By the way Battrey life is great on this phone.

I a problem with phonebook when I add a number in phone book and when I recive a sms it shows just the number and not the name, I tried everything, just when is with prefix +38 works, but than not shows me the name when It calls me but just the number, this if a big erorr

Jet is nice basic tuch screen and is not a smart phone. The Omnia HD is about 2 times price Jet but is smart phone with HD preformance. Iphone offer you over 35,000 application plus is a great Ipod with alot of Podcast that no other phone offer. So, you pay for what you get. They all good phones depends what you looking for.

Seriously, I have just receive my mobile yesterday and the mobile is so cool that you cant imagine.. Software work and response so fast, even with few apllication running.. I like that you can set 3 face wallpapper and the cube can be turn 360 deg compare to LG Arena only 4 sided.. The lay out of the phone is good, no problem on sms, calling, speaker phone and the Touchwiz is a cool application design by Samsung. The mazing thing is the camera works perfect and the battery life time is about 2 days..If anyonenotice that the battery is made in Japan compare to other brands made in China.. The only disadvantage is it cant open lock PDF files. The pouch which come with it is lousy design..Once you put inside the pouch, it is so difficult to remove..Advicenot to put inside it. Get your own pouch else you will drop it one of the time..
Trust me.. Samsung Jet is Good and value for money.. I use to have an old Samsung phone age's ago and it sucks but the really change the whole perception of mine..
