regards , people, if someone can help, i last night I was at rock concert and of course I tried it my s8300.music was loud, the drums and guitar, but you know how that goes .home I arrived and want to watch video, which I recorded ,but it has no sound .i mean it has , but .it is buzzing ... and in all settings is set correctly .. Now I ask myself is it the microphone as possible when shooting clip, cant to submit a very strong music. because I shot video at home , and everything was ok .... if anyone knows what could be...txanks

the screen takes time whne pressing on the main menu .. like it has to warm up etc , texting can be slow when using the normal keypad , overall though not a bad h/s

You can do almost everything, except use the camera. You just need to tap the area where the text appears and a screen keypad will pop up. However this can only be done while the phone is in the closed position with the key pad covered.

I've been using this phone for 5 months, it looks gorgeous no doubt.
The processing speed, it's slow. Samsung's 1st phone to have the TouchWiz UI I think.
The AMOLED display is brilliant!
The camera is suckky at night but does great shots during day time.
The Music Player is fair but not satisfactory.
The battery life is good. for me it lasts a day or two under minimal use.
The call quality sucks, the sound of the ear piece/loud speaker gets uncomfortable after a few minutes. for short calls it's tolerable.
Using sms is ok, but I've used better phones.
I think that the UltraTouch is mainly for show.

Almost perfect. AMOLED, 8MP, touchscreen with keypad, but ni WiFi..

is gonna get this phone and wants to know if u can text with out the key pad and just text with it being touch screen instead !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this phone is a total wreck. The interface is crap and samsung's os til now isn't user friendly. I don't really if the one i got has some issues but the lag and sensitivity of the screen is very very annoying.

I'm crazy bout this hand esp. the camera but it has a number of bugs which drive me crazy the other way. The camera freezes and the phone shuts down when u select panoramic pics of more than 3 frames. If you've used the video camera function and immediately want to switch back to photo's you mostly have to switch it off and restart because it wont save pictures again. The browser often tells u that a website is too large and won't load properly which doesn't happen on the Nokia. As much as I like it i wont be buying Samsung again in a hurry as these are the exact same irritating bugs i had on my U700. I also prefer the touchscreen on my old LG Cooki(K500 i think?) Sound quality is good but volume is pathetic compared to normal Nokia's and even the LG. I've installed opera mini but cant get it to work and I cant uninstall the default browser. I would appreciate help as this might save me from getting a new phone...

One plus side of the phone is its solid & sturdy design. Dropped it 3 times already, once it bounced 3 times from the top of the stairs at my house, but only the battery cover came off, not a scratch on the body. Sure you have to charge the phone everyday and texting is a bit annoying, but any phone that survive falls unscratch is a keeper to me :)
