Hello, I've only had my phone for a few days and still learning to use it. I'm getting a little frustrated with the predictive text when send messages. Is there somewhere I can go to get more information on how to use the predictive text features and shortcuts. For example, I want to know how I can select the suggested word that comes up before I have finished typing the word without having to type the whole thing out or having to selected it. On my old phone I just need to press the space bar and the word is used automatically. When I use the space bar it just puts in a space after the letters that i have typed and does not insert the word. Also, is there a way to add/modify what's contained in the dictionary. I can't seem to type the words "I'm" or "I'd". I'd also like to get rid of the word "On't" which comes up instead of "Not". Thanks. :o)

well i have had the phone for 3months now...gud bt just realised the battery life is very short..i have to keep charging it every night...am enjoying the gadget anyhow!

mohammad, 29 Jan 2010hi dears. i have one of this phone. is there any body who k... moreJust click the symbols menu while you're texting.. the symbols menu is beside the T9. Click it then browse the available ones and you'll see that there are a lot of emoticons there. Hope it helps.

miaka, 19 Feb 2010is this fone able to use touch screen while texting? or jus... moreyou can use the screen for texting too.. but only if it's in the slide down or locked position then tap the blank or black screen of your message then it'll appear. It's not not qwerty but it's fine with me! Best phone so far.

regards , people, if someone can help, i last night I was at rock concert and of course I tried it my s8300.music was loud, the drums and guitar, but you know how that goes .home I arrived and want to watch video, which I recorded ,but it has no sound .i mean it has , but .it is buzzing ... and in all settings is set correctly .. Now I ask myself is it the microphone as possible when shooting clip, cant to submit a very strong music. because I shot video at home , and everything was ok .... if anyone knows what it is

I have owned Samsung S8300 ultratouch for the past one month. The problem is with battery life. I am a regular user, and the maximum time the battery has survived is 36hours.

great phone, great features, diabolical battery life.
this phone would get a perfect 10 if the battery had a better life. 4hrs tal time lets the phone down and you endup charging it every day.
