Guys i m posting this, bcoz it might help.
Regarding d battery life, i think that it gets a bit better when u use it for a month. First it gave up in only one day.
But 3days ago i went out of town. And d music player was constantly on, i had some calls and messages but no 3g or gprs/edge.I used it for one day, then i thought that d battery wud die so i jus kept it n my pocket.
The other day( end of the other day) wen i took the phone to charge, it was still on and there was one bar in it.
So it can work till 2.5 days or regular usage wid lots of music. And if u using 3g etc then 2days

Lady GEE, 23 Aug 2009this is thee greates phone ever that samsung can ever come ... moreit is pretty good, used the fake call fucntion a few times already to get out of meetings or to leave a boring conversation.

Faye, 20 Aug 2009I have this phone and i have the same problems with regards... moreto see if your prox sensor is working, make a call and block the sensor (top left next to the 2nd camera)block and unblock a few times, if the screen goes black when you block the sensor it's working. i've notice that a friend of mine made the same complaint it's just that she wasn't holding the phone close enough (to block the sensor). hope this helps

ray, 23 Aug 2009hi ,is there any body knows how can change the sms tones?when you go into profile settings it's auto set to incoming calls change the tab to new messages (touch tab on top right).

i like the phone but i can't turn off the preview option after taking snaps..i switched it on by mistake and even though it says off its still previews pictures shot. thanks.

Is the screen clearly visible in daylight? The Omnia is terrible in this regard - makes the GPS pointless during the day.

I have this phone and i have the same problems with regards to the touch screen? When i am on calls it puts my callers on Mute or Hold or End call button. I dont no why it does this????? But as a couple of people have said in the reviews below, the touch screen is meant to deactivate whilst in a call. I really like the phone but i dont no if i like it enough to carry on using it.
