i just tune down the keypad tone volume to zero. press the volume down key on main screen.

seems to be no way to download pics straight to computer. Need to download to web or pic share site and that means download time and dollars !!!

oh god... love this phone... jsut the only bad part is the no wi-fi... but its made up by the uba awesum camera =)

Why will there be a duplication of files when im using songs saved in memory card as ringtones. Is there a setting for using file from memory card without duplication?

I have just got this phone and so far so good but how do I stop the keypad tones, it is driving me mad beeping every time I touch the keypad or touchscreen?? I am a frequent texter and it is driving me mad....

I am a frequent texter and alre... morewhen texting the phone will add (') it for you so you would type "arent" and the phone would auto choose "arn't" for you or keep pressing 0 till it comes up. also when texting if you tap and hold for 3 secsonds and then let go on the screen arrow keys will pop up.

This is by far THE worst phone I've ever tried.I got the brand new one and got negative feedback from all my callers. It had a major problem with it's major function "answering calls"; sometimes callers can't hear me at all, then after restarting the phone, they hear me. It happens after missed calls. Not to mentions the ridiculously low call voice and endless stories with software errors. I wouldn't advice anyone to buy this messy phone; it's look's deceiving!

I selected under Phone sett... morethat function is sometimes preset by your network provider regardless of wether you change it in the handset settings or not the best way is to put 141 in front of all the numbers you wish to hide your id from or if you wish to protect the imei number being sent out when you dial put #31# in front of the number,hope this helps

Hi, how do I hide my caller ID? I selected under Phone settings -> caller info -> hide, but when I call people it still shows my number!! Please help

Hi I just got this phone... I am a frequent texter and already frustrated because I can't figure out how to type words with an apostrophe such as "it's" "can't" "you're" etc without having to go into symbol mode then back out. Also not sure how to save words like this when asked to add the word?
Please help! Very frustrating!

Any Mac users out there? I had a Sony Ericsson K770 and bought isync software from Nova media - superb! I got this Samsung Ultra when my Vod contract was renewed in May and am still waiting for software to hook my phone up with my life via isync - any ideas? I don't see how people use these phones without being able to link to their contacts/diaries (let alone downloading pic's). Any assistance appreciated (either that or we need to mount an army to face off against samsung for this slight to Mac users!).

U, 05 Aug 2009it has no secondary camera the secondary camera works only ... moreyou can use the secondary camera, just go into test mode where you can use this camera as a mirror or in test mode you can test your touch screen.

I've heard the battery life of this phone suckc!.....
Eww!..... I had a lot of hopes on this phone wanned to buy it,but,i learned from a friend who bought the phone that the battery life is HORRIBLE!
