Can I use the GPS in USA?
is it free to use? or do i have to pay extra to T-Mobile to use the gps?
I cant decide between this phone and the Samsung i8510 (Innov8)
The Innov8 has wifi, better battery, and 3.5mm jack,
but this phone has AMOLED screen and touchscreen.
Someone Help Me Decide!!!!!!!

Can anyone help me?? I have been trying to find out how do i set the incoming messages to be received under the handphone memory but not able to... this being my first samsung phone in many years.. could anyone be so kind to help me with it??

... moreThe battery life is disgusting, if you use bluetooth for more than 3/4hrs during the day, you will not be able to use the phone in the evening.
The BATTERY SUCKS!!!! LITERALLY!

got it recently.
Great display, nice design.. When you lower the brightness and turn off the keybord light in day you save lot of energy. Mine run for 2 days (calls, fotos, and sometimes checking google maps), also my accu weather is updating weather 3 times a day.
There are several firmwares dependig on operator you are running. When u check the net, you can easily reflash the soft (some are with Route66:)
You need to get familiar with it, as mentioned below, doesnt have t "C" button for erasing.. any question , will try to respond

Im really disappointed with this phone. Mine is freezing when writing texts, touch is unresponsive, its incredibly slow. I rung Samsung and they admitted there has been a problem with these phones freezing. Vodafone have refused to replace it with a different model and are sending me out another one unfortunately. I would not recommend this phone and I have had an LG, multiple Motorolas and Nokias and this has been by far the worst in terms of set up and functionality.

I'm not sure where you live but in australia they also have this phone released in red but the keypad is the same colour as the brushed metal on the front so you only get the red slideout backing and the red trim around the display which I personally reckon looks better:

i bought 1 of these 2 weeks ago
it froze in 3 days
programs need resting every few days
if u use the phone u'll get barly a 13-16 hours out of the battery
noraly use ull get 2 days just
often cant get a good connection
hold button gets pushed as u put the phone up2 ur ear as its touch screen
no real gd widgets yet
camera is suberb
no 3.5 mm jack abit annoying
typing can b anoying with no bckspc button so u have 2 strech 2 the screen 2 use that
cant have T9 always on

1 - you can have a phonebook of people shown by their pictures. so u can scroll through a seperate picture section, recgonise them by face and then call them
2 - very high screen resolution with an organic screen, that ultimately gives it an amazing finishing quality. when u turn the phone sideways as well it doesnt effect the screen quality either becuase of the high resolution and organic screen. really gives a big challenge to the iphone in terms of the screen quality.
3 - you can have ur camera pictures set so that whenever u take a picture, u can instantly set it up with your personal networking site including facebook and myspace. (samsung have a lot of other sites they are still speaking to, awaiting permission to put it up)
4 - you can have a "fake call" on your phone so u press a button and the your phone will begin to ring and will show on ur phone as a private number. then it continues to play a recording that u have set until u hang up. very good to get u out of the akward situations, whether u want to get away from your friends, or u feel ur being followed and want to scare someone away with a ringing phone.
...of course it has a lot of other features but these were a few that shown out
(just thought you might want to know)
