samsung don't have a licence for wifi, omnia had it but built by HTC

Just wondering, how does the Tocco Ultra handle the delivery reports? I have a soul and I'm really annoyed at the way a delivery report comes through as if it was a message like with the old Nokia phones. I much prefer the system of new Nokias where it's a seperate report.
I'd be interested in knowing this please as I'm considering buying this phone.

siavash, 28 Apr 2009compare i8510 & s8300 ?s8300 is a really nice, slick phone, the interface is slow but if you can live with it (after getting used to some quirks over a few weeks, I like it, it's more annoying when you're in the "new phone" phase and you just want to play with it) it's a brilliant phone. The screen is simply stunning and the pictures/videos it takes are wonderful too. Battery life is good unless you spend all day playing with it; mine lasted only a day when I first got it but now it lasts a lot longer, but it's hard not to mess around with it!
The i8510 is a better all round phone; it has a better OS and the games and apps it can run are fantastic. However, it is a lot bigger and more of a pocket-bulge. Also the screen is nowhere near as nice. The decision is whether you want a more stylish flashy slick phone or a more solid workhorse of a phone.

never ever buy this phont this is a piece of crep go for nokia n 85 it is far better product than this.

I just orderd this Phone! Hope it will work out for me:)..
BUT! The woman that sold me the phone told me i had to get intenet on this phone, beacuse this is a internet phone and the GPS and Radio work on internet.
I did not agree with her, but Does anyone knows if this phone really needs internet?
Is there a possibility to block the internet on this phone?

i wonder if samsung has sold their first S8300 unit, since it was released...Hummm.
this model has a great design but is so useless for the price!
maybe some blind people have bought one or two, until today.

This phone is said to be a good phone.. standing in the 2nd place compared to it's brother Samsung OMNIA HD which have certain similar features.. Unique phone with 3x4 slide-out keypad.. cool.. but it does not have Wi-Fi.. which most smartphone have..
