Samsung S8500 Wave to finally arrive in UK stores on 28 May
We've been waiting for the Samsung S8500 Wave to become available for way too long but finally the waiting is almost over. Pre-orders are now accepted in the UK and the phone is said to start shipping on 28 May.
The Wave certainly is one of the most anticipated devices right now and there are plenty of reasons for that - it's the first smartphone based on company's own operating system, the Bada OS, packs a gorgeous 3.3" Super AMOLED touchscreen and a bunch of other mouthwatering features (such as the 5-megapixel snapper with 720p video recording).
A few weeks back we informed you that the S8500 Wave is listed as "In stock" in a number of online stores but as it turned out later the phone is still waiting for its official launch. UK citizens are now able to pre-order the device and on 28 May it should show up in the stores across the country.
On the Orange network, for instance, the Wave can be had for free when purchased with a 2-year contract. In this case for 20 GBP per month (approximately 23 euro) you get the handset itself along with 200 minutes monthly plus unlimited internet and text messages. No bad at all, huh?

What I want in a phone.... Price is a big driving factor which is why Galaxy 9000 and I-Phone v4 are not on my radar - unless they are releaased with a surprising discount (ain't gonna happen) Super Amoled - just looks soooo sweet. This promises ...
