when I connect my phone to kyes and try to upgr the fw it starts and after a while a message like "the operation has timed out" I clik ok, then another pop up appears: "no sync item set, please set sync items" I click again ok and it just starts all over again, I don`t understand, I just unnistalled kies, and installed again, everything else works fine, how do u guys managed to upgrade your fw

on heavy ussage it lasted 6 hours but no wifi no games just calling and sms, normal ussage 2 days, but maybe it will be more cause I hav the fone fir a few days only

battery backup in this phone is amazing. On heavy usage it lasts for 1 day which is good for a smart phone. If you don't play games ,don't use internet or don't watch videos it lasts for more than 2 days.

hey guys, when I connect my phone to laptop and open keys it pops up a window that tells my a new fw is available but I just got my phone a few days ago, what do u guys recommend, it`s worth upgr or not, I mean I know with every upgr should come new things, the phone will move faster etc, anyway if I do that and I see its worse than before, I can always go back to factory settings right? did u guys upgr it?

Anonymous, 11 May 2011wave2 supports java based apps. so if u get java based mobi... morei was able to install SBI java based app in wave2. Visit the SBI website and enter your phone number you will receive User ID and password and also link to download the java app.

i play a HD movie 720p "planet51.avi" with subtitle.srt in my samsung wave 2 s8530. its awesome. really really clear and smooth. :D
