For the past 5 years I have been using NOKIA phones. I have been saving money to buy a good, value for money phone. I have gone through hundreds of reviews to find out what the best phone in the market is. And this phone was the best phone i found even though its using Bada OS. So i bought this phone 2 months ago for US $400.
Today after using the phone for 2 months, I have to say that this phone has impressed me. I just love it. Sound quality is excellent. 5MP Camera has shoots great photos and HD quality video recording is superb. Built-in radio recorder is very useful. and the super-LCD screen is very nice. With the 1Ghz processor the phone is very fast. There are very nice apps too and more are coming out day by day. Anyway i just want to say that i have no regrets of buying this phone and everytime my friends see me using this phone, they talk about how much they regret paying double the price of this phone to buy iPhones. So, dont wait, this is the Phone for you. Get it. I am sure you wouldnt have any regrets.

kabbie, 29 Apr 2011can sum 1 pls tel me what is route 66 n how it works? Route 66 is a personal navigation application provided by samsung wave.. its licsence is about initial 30days.. i hope this answer may cleared your doubt

dis phone is so amazing...it is really different from the videos i have watched and the pictures thAt i have seen,.when u r holding it, it feels really light but sturdy. and the features 4 me is better than the iphone... the best!

Video t... moreif u compare round dat way den y dont u tell d cons of wave2 instead of c7?c7 has got amoled screen which consumes less power dan wave2's slcd and it's much more clarity.I myself is a wave 2 user and my friend got c7.it's an xperience n not just bluffing.Also c7 has got usb on the go which supports pendrives,comp keyboard,mouse and e1 a 500 GB HDD!!!isn't dat good ?E1 m thinking of selling my brand new wave2 wid c7 frm d same shop :))

They should switch the camera button with the Standby Button.
They should not include a fix and expensive Navigation in Bada, the should ask TomTom.
They need more App-Designers for the Bada OS.
They have to upgrade the cam, every Nokia 2 MP cam takes better pictures.
I hope the Wave 3 will be a true Power House !

Last only i bought this mobile.. Please guys dont buy this mobile.. because .. samsung hardware rockzz .. but the bada sucks ... u ll not get even a single useful or excellent game software.. in bada websit.. after this also u want buy means please compare Samsungapps website
with Android market webiste then buy..

Sigh. . . At last! My wave came back to life! After the trial and error of updating it, today it finally restores! I got KB1 now instead of my old KA1, but i didn't notice any changes,. The music player dissapoints me again, because i thought that it will now have a letter search on the side which we also see in our contacts! I don't know how can i put letters on it!, is there anyway to put a letter search on it?, please help,.' i'm also thinking of switching my phone to galaxy sl, is my decision right?or i should stick to my wave? Thanks! ^^

you want to buy Xperia X10 instead of Wave2 . Go ahead and buy it by paying more and keep your self occupied by charging X10 every 5hrs. X10 battery backup sucks.

1)wave comes with Bada 1.2 which is the latest BADA and will be updated once Bada 2.0 is released.
2).Yes you can adjust your equaliser to 8 presets but u cand do it complete manually like in a Winamp
3)Yes.It supports the formats.
4)till now minimum 1.5 days, maximum 4 days..for a smartphone with such big screen, it's more than OK..obviously it's not 180 mAH but then it's cheaper also
5)Internet speed is awesome on normal GPRS, #G and wifi..no problem in wifi detection
6)Have not hanged till now but then I have not tried opening 10-15 programs at a time, which is when every phone will hang.even computer gets slow with operating those many programs.but if you want to listen to music while surfing 4-5 sites,, easily doable.
7)If u have any knowledge of cameras, it's got pretty good one. The manual functions too are good in quantity and quality..good preset menus..excellent video recording.just excellent
DRAWBACKS-
1)for a music buff, sound is a bit on the lower side
2)Bad earphones, but it justifies the price tag..nothing comes for free
3)no gud preinstalled game.although some 7-8 limited games but none so exciting
4)no live wallpaper but that comes only in galaxy..so no probs and it consumes battery a lot, so again no issue

i hate wave 2 i just purchased it 2 weeks ago ang the lcd it sucks.........it has damaged and i haven't use the handset much.......i regret purchasing it i should go for sony experia x10 or apple iphone
