it is wave1 which shows artificial colors and abnormal contrast,
was cmparin its display with my friend's N8 amoled and
amoled screen looked like crap in front f this phone,
yes the speaker is not very loud but great sound in earphones,
1gig processr + bada 1.2 makes this phone very fast,
screen size as well as quality makes watching movies fun,
video plyr plays all formats xcept flv and rmvb,
for me this is the best available phone in the market within the whole 25K range...

ya but i heard dat dis option is removed in BADA 1.2 so u cant make it louder....it will be stuck at 55db only in wave 2....
m not sure just read it sumwere...!!!
do confirm if any1 is using wave 2....

sama, 21 Jan 2011hey guys check this out the sound is definitely better in 8... moreObviously Wave 1 is much louder than the new Wave 2. But you can probably use the admin menu to make it louder, like i did with my Wave 1 which is now the loudest phone i ever had.

hey!! can the 3 icons bellow be removed!!?? its really space consuming, or like hide it like in windows taskbar!! this is what i hate in BADA!!
And can someone pls tell if there is a free browsing without wifi!! pls pls pls tell me

Buddy, I went through the review and still my question is unanswered. One of you could help me here (plz) :-) I am in love with this phone now and only things that’s holding me back is the threaded view. Is this available in this phone? Per my knowledge threaded view means, when I am messaging/chatting with an individual all conversation will get captured in one single message and not filling up my inbox with number of messages from same person. Please confirm if this phone has this feature.

I am about to buy the samsung wave 2 .....the samsung wave 2 users, pls tell me about the feedback of this phone..... and have heared that the out spkr music vol is very poor and...the display seems to be more artificial moreover the contrast and colour is excess in the phone which shows pictures and videos very much artificiality can any one give me the proper information about this......??

kya amoled ar lcd laga rakhi h... jo lena h le lo yaar. mene to le liya wave2. Aur mast hai bhai... Ab jise lena h to lo warna isse b miss karoge wave1 ki tarah....

i have samsung wave s8500...the screen resolution is best ine the world.....iphone even ips display also cant beat the wave..superb phone...i'm am luck to have it...now its discontinued..
