wave s8500 screen is sharper than galaxy s and iphone4.... wave s8530 cant catch up the wave1 popularity....haha.......

Both the models have their own pros:
Wave 8500: S-AMOLED screen. Power efficient.
Wave 8530: Bigger screen. Better spacing of widgfets and icons on screen. More comfortable on-screen QWERTY keyboard. Bada 1.2( updation on 8500 is still months away). Better flash support in browser. Pinch-focus in camera.

Hi wavers, I'm seeing a lot of conflict b/w the fans of s8500 and s8530. The LED-LCD debate seems never ending. Let me be honest i've had hands on experience on both the phones and let me tell u that the LCD loses only by a slight margin if u have to compare the 2 phones' user experience based on the screen alone. I own a wave s8500 so I cant b biased towards s8530. All i can say is with bada 2.0 around the corner I must say both the phones r real good, and a debate is not as necessary as it seems.

hey guys.. i'm amazed to know dat this phone is available in retail in different places of India.. i was searching for Wave 8500 for 2 months in b'lore n i couldn't find... thank god they released Wave II .. :) :) pls tell me if u know ny shop in b'lore where it is available.. i need to buy b4 dec 31st... Bigger, heavier, bulkier, no Super amoled....wat is diz an upgrade or a downgrade...moreover at the same price as wave I...wow...good going samsung..

Super clear lcd consumes more battery than super amoled...

Guyz i think super amoled is way better than super clear lcd....apart from this i find no difference betwn the two models...bada os can be upgraded in wave I....on a standalone basis wave II is excellent but weighs down if compared to Wave I..

In the cities like Delhi..KOL..Patna..Blore..Chennai its alrdy avlbl I got to know...no idea bout Mumb..HYD..Pune etc
