They are still at stage 2 (Asia).
Very very slow support from Samsung.
If you can`t wait any more, Flash (Risky choice).

In Mass storage mode ; the device acts as USB flash memory and doesn`t need programs.

go to www.samsung.com/in/support & search for KIES software, dowload it & save it in your PC/LAPTOP hard drive..
your pc/laptop should have at least
1GB RAM, preferably 2GB RAM for the KIES software to work smoothly..
after the KIES software download & installation connect your phone via USB connector (provided with the handset) to pc/laptop..
now you can transfer files , upgrade your phone software..

I got iphone lock ,HTC sense lock,android4.0 ics lock ,android pattern lock in wave2
also before dolfine when loading large page gave not enough memory error+lags alote
new dolfine is best browser and new bada2 apps are cool
get continues touch focus on video record
mkv files loads faster
new keypad open faster
can set new folder in ui and.put 12apps

those who r saying bada1.2 is better than 2.0
they don't know how to use smart phone
ui is much better than previous and dolfine browser is much smoother
even uc browser is better in terms of smoothness
only down side is ram of wave2
wave2 has 256mb ram while wave3 has 512mb ram
so you need to restart phone atleast 2times in a day
and also when u want to play asphalt6

Please dont upgrage Bada 2.0
Because Bada 1.2 is bettar than Bada 2.0
Bada 2.0 have very poor UI
