Wave is very good, looks great but its too big as compare to Galaxy ACE. As far as OS concerned, then ACE is better choice.

samsung wave phones ... morewho did lie to u and told u that u can't use android without rooting !!!???!!
u just need rooting if u need extra control on your device which is unnecessary for most of the normal users.

OS is decent, processor is fast. Camera is good. Video format support is excellent, plays almost any video format. MP3 quality is excellent. Supports WI-FI. No thinking back on this.

samsung wave phones have the best hardware available among phones.. stylish & elegant..
call quality is excellent..
bada os is for mature individuals who want a good phone..
if u want to download many useless apps then fiddle with them.., go for android os.. if u want to play too many games go for android..
bada os has few but games with excellent graphics..
only negative i found is that after heavy gaming with intense graphics you have to switch off & on the phone to free the RAM..
i think it is a small thing & fine..
finally if u can say WAVE 3 is a good smartphone.. & for people who are level headed..
go for android devices only if u r familiar with ROOTING process in android os .. caution though rooting nullifies ur warranty..
final choice is urs.. go to a mobile shop check for urself then only decide..

Sanjeev, 07 May 2012hey, could you please explain your problem in details... I ... morei was one of the first buyers of the original wave in my country because i felt the phone and the bada os were very promising specially with samsung false promises of 10000 apps in the market by the end of 2010
and the promises of two minor updates and 1 major update per year.
but what happened in the real world only in 2012 the number of the apps reached 10566 of which 6041 ugly themes !!!!! the rest are simple ebooks which all can be put in one app,travel guides which also can be put in one app,ugly graphics games full of bugs and glitches ,still no video call app ,still no famous android and ios apps,in my country still no bada 2 but i downloaded cooked bada 2 rom and i was shocked slower than bada 1.2 removed some nice features in bada 1.2 and still the memory issue of bada still closes the widgets the flash wall paper takes a lot of ram..........etc
now i am using android i have downloaded about 250 useful apps and widget and i have no memory issues ,now i have skype ,google talk video,yahoo messenger video call,and u can get many free others,also i have all angry birds games for free......etc
my advice of u wants apps do not buy bada,if u are not sure just check the android or the iphone apps in one of your friends phones and try to search for the apps in samsung bada app store and u will most likely will not find them.
i am sure if u avoided bada os u will thank me a lot :)

I love the design of this phone. But the OS is Bada. I'm not saying that Bada OS isn't good, in fact my phone has the same OS, and that is why I'm looking for an android phone just to try a different one.
