Excellent build quality and looks high... moreit does not play real media format and it deos it deos not play flv format and others ,also it can not play all audio format ,and of course it can't run full HD videos and the disaster is that there is no 3 rd party app that can play unsupported formats ,unlike android os is ur phone deos not support something just downlaod the app that can but in bada if ur phone does not support something u have to live with that :-(

bada os is the worst os I've ever used,that is why I don't advice any one to buy this phone or any other bada phone,i agree about that the phone has a nice design and excellent build quality but that is not enough because bada os is not a complete os and samsung still not sure about the future of bada ,as we all know samsung released the wave 1 in April 2010 and promised us to get 10000 app by the end of 2010 with two minor updates and one major update for the os per year,but sadly we are reaching the middle of 2012 and still only about 9000 app in the market 90 percent of them are repeated ugly themes and free cheap ebooks,still no voice call over IP no skype no nibuzz no whatsapp no google maps app no medical ebooks no free angry birds no free friut ninja(the paid bada version are jokes when copmared to iOS and android versions) no angry birds space no cut the rope no temple run no no no no no no no etc ...add to that a lot of performance and ram issues in bada.
so my advice to every smart person who needs a smart phone :wave is not a smart phone it is a feature phone ,don't waste your money and buy something usefull like. iOS or android, bada 2 update released after 2 years of bada 1 for the wave 1 and 2 with slower performance a lot of lag a lot of missed bada 1 features?!
some people here will keep promoting for the bada os but if want the truth read wave 1 and wave2 forums and see how the people are disappointed

I am facing few probs the the set
1) On using FB chat & kint msgnr, it restarts automatically or go back to menu. disrturbing the chat sequence. Also if there r many people (7-8) online in FB and one scroll down.. its go to menu... I cant use it that time.. unless people r less and anyhow if people r less.. then frequestly it restarts. Its irritating
2) i have downloaded few apps (less then 4 mb sizes) and there is difference in working of phone.. its slow now... i wonder what will happen if i download heavy games.
Is there any remedy for it?

It is a great phone. Excellent build quality and looks highend. Excellent display. No heating issues like Android. Super fast response and touch screen.
Plays all movie and sound formats. WiFi direct & hotspot, DLNA, Office doc editing and many latest features.
Excelent phone for a average user. Not good for people who don't have anything else to do in life except download unwanted apps and fiddle with them for a day....and then feel happy.
People who have not used it, please don't post negative comments.....

I am facing big problem with the set....
1) Whenever i use FB chat or Kint Msngr, it suddenly restarts the device, go back to main menu. Especially in FB chat if there r more than 7-8 people n u scroll up n down... it back to menu (thts irritating)
2) i have downloaded few small apps (none more than 5 mb) n i m experiencing a lag in scrolling of window n slow movement.
Is there any remedy for this or i have to adjust to this only??? there r no software updates for it, i have done tht too.

samsung wave3 is very difficult to connect internet. the dealers also have no knowledge of this mobile.why we need to call up a service provider? it means this mobile is not automatically to connect the internet or the wi fi.this is my first time to use samsung mobile. pls. teach me how to connect my mobile into the internet.

Even android is at least two times more user-friendly and polished than Bada.

A li... morethis phone is not a member of the galaxy family,it only a bada os phone;bada os is not a complete os it is full of bugs and restrictions,so avoid bada phones go for iOS or android or if you want to pay a lot of money for the apps go for windows phone.
bada market has about 9000 apps most of them are useless repeated themes and ebooks.
i used to have wave I phone and thank god i get rid of it.
