I was looking for a special phone which not everyboy has. Not a bling bling phone like Nokia 8800. Looking for a great Camera, MP3: for that I have a camera and Ipod. Looks is great, build quality superb, Screen crystal clear with enough functions to do what you want to do with: Making telephone calls and sending messages. Very special is the fantastic sound quality. I'm very happy with my Serene

to open just push up on the edge from underneath at the bottom,to close just push down on the top dont force it there really is no need and guess it may harm the motor takes a little getting use to but really is a breeze

GREAT! Best cellphone I have used in my life. The most extraordinary sound quality immaginable. Easy to dial,hold, carry and set up. Even messaging is easy with the T9 system. I don't understand the other criticisms, the tech features are just fine here. You get what you pay for, pure quality.

Hi, just wondering, i have received my serene today, still waiting for the charge to complete. however can someone tell me how to open it when auto open is selected. i know its automatic, but to start it off, what do you need to do, do you need to open it a little then it continues automatically. the manual mentions semi auto, but reviews say give it a nudge, so im not sure im doing it right, if anyone can let me know, it would be much appreciated

well i wonder how many comments come from people who own the phone,for my part the call quality is first rate,the screen is just the best i have seen and i have owned a lot of phones the pictures look just great alought only a simple vga,yes its not simple to use but the dial really is easy,my only gripe is, the reversed screen does not allow you to make calls,unless you reverse the phone whilst ringing ,pictures remain the other way up when viewing in table mode ,and it would have been nice to have a ringtone of your choice,belive me the auto opening does not get boring,its not a phone for tec heads but thats not the point of this phone it really is a thing of beauty

Well i suppose i shouldn't shout at people for saying what they think about the phone. This is an opinion section after all!
The phone does exactly what it was designed to do... make calls, send the occasional text and look good. I think it's a great example of what can be done with radical design and functionality.
Most people who moan about this phone would buy it if it cost £100 but it is priced for exclusivity, therefor CHAVS can't buy it!

great phone, nice features just the needed, sms no good! nevertheless you want to show off get one! i have a new girlfriend and we write endless sms, for that the phone is crap so for writing sms i got a nokia 9500i !
