Bought the phone today, and all I can say is - now I totally get it. I was pretty skeptical before I saw it in person. I own a lot of B&O and I must say that this is the nicest mobile phone design I have ever seen. It looks and feels spectacular. The display is phenominal, and I couldn't believe the quality of the camera - I know it's only VGA, but man, the images look nicer than many other higher resolution phones. It's pricey, but I was sold as soon I saw it... (it's a gift for the Mrs...)

well i have had the phone for a long time now(5 months) and i can recomend it just for what it is, a high quality, beautiful sw phone, has 2 set backs (only !)and it really is rare to c only 2 set backs / 1- is that u can not c the caller before u open the flip and there is not feature to set to a passive flip 2- its quite difficult to get used to writing sms text with the circular key pad

Recently purchased the phone, I have had PDA phones, a Sony Ericsson S710a with a load of functions but this one is by far my favorite. Classy, Elegant and the automatic closing and opening has that WOW factor that no one else has. The lack of features dont bother me. The only thing i need to get used to but I need practive is text messaging other than that Im in love with my serene.

this phone is an odd shape but its realy cool and fashionable. If u want a phon that just looks like a phone dont get it but if u want a phone that looks flash and rich then get this !!!

The whole point of this phone is it's 'beauty' it isn't meant to have great features it is just meant to look amazing for some rich snob to prance around with it to their ear constantly so everyone can see it!

WHAT!!! the best there is!!! it looks like a wall clock from manila city hall,of course there is a london clock!!! that looks exactly like it..c'mon samsung!!! are you guys deceiving the buyers here,?? we want a mobile fone not a wall clock for your own sake!!! CALCULATOR CLOCK BA E2??? HMMMM.........just asking anyone from the clock experts..

the model(shape) is so nice but it lacks accesories such as infrared, flash ,TV output radio and Mp3.
If a phone of that model has all this accesories then no phone beats serene

Its so cool!! If I were to do a wishful thinking for my B'day (which is just a month away)and wish for something, it would definitely be this phone!
You guys should include end users (common man) along with the cellular operators and other people who you send the product for testing/inputs/comments etc etc.
Users like myself would be only too glad to oblige!! :-)

Look is like this ...u can get a nissan 4x4 and u can go where ever u like whit it ....
or u can get a ferrari and just go on normal road .... i prefer the ferrari some can afford it some cant the one that cant will never have nuthing nice to say ... i just need to say one thing only well done.... b&o

this handsets display is 256k colour QVGA. There is no GSM phone which gets better than this except 16 million colour displays by Panasonic, but you really cant tell the difference. Sharp 904's 2.4in VGA 256k colour screen is the only one to surpass Serene's display.
