I did that too... still wouldn't connect... weird... I would plug the phone in... get the prompt to make a selection... i would select "PC Suite"... Open PC Suite on computer Desktop... and phone would not be Connected. I would try to click CONNECT in PC Suite, still would not connect.. am at a loss

Excel Jokey, 18 Nov 2008I downloaded that exact App from Samsung... The tricky part... moreI did change the option to "Ask at Connection" Mass Storage or PC Suite... even after the change, PC Suite still didnt recognize the phone as "Connected"... thinkin gi may need to re-install the app

The tricky part was to figure out for Data Transfers to shut down the phone. However On or Off, the PC Suite did not see my phone as "Connected". I was able to do Data Transfers to the phone, which is weird, but not Sync. I think it maybe a Software/App issue. I tried to re-boot both the computer and phone... nothing. I did notice something weird tho... U know how you hear a USB connection sound, when connecting an iPod, Flash Drive etc.... in my case the Connection sound was double "ding" not single... dont know if this means anything.... Ideas or other Apps i can try?

I can connect with no problem. I have my USB setting at "Ask on connection".

Has anyone had luck with Syncing the phone to Outlook Contacts/Calendar? T-Mobile did not provide a Sync App with the Phone, however Samsung has something on their site. I was able to do Data Transfers (simply COPY & PASTE) but the App does not Recognize the phone as "Connected to PC" for SYNC purposes... Advise? Other Apps out there?

Jaimy, 14 Nov 2008No wifi, why is Samsung so retarded.no because it has so many features to it hey didnt want to have wifi. it comes with 3G,5 mega pixels, touch screen,sms mms, and picture-messages. but duh its sleek and its like the g1 except it has built in qwerty screen and the behold has qwerty touch screen. get ur facts straight

Isnt it stupid to say that suddenly you released it doesn't have WiFi and carying it's unacceptable? It's T-mobile. These carriers are to blame for depriving people from new technologies. You have to use their data plan to use internet. US market is still happy with old 3mp cam. If you fancy for features why don't you buy one unlocked phone. There are many sites for that.

i have the behold, super nice phone but battery life seems to go down pretty fast, just wondering if you can turn off the 3g, i dont have the data plan so is there a way to turn it off, i heard 3g kills your battery

I don't understand why people hate the web browser, Yes I have used Safari on the iphone. Netfont isn't as bad as people are making it seem. I have not had any issues with Netfront.

If your looking for a internet device nothing beats iphone thus far...i got the behold a 5 days ago and i dont even use the internet feature it totally sucks!!!
I also had the g1 and its awesome on the internet but lacks any style and is too heavy and bulky and awkward to use and has a horrrific battery life
The bohld for the prive tho makes a great cell phone and if you text alot is awesome the virtual keyboard is much better than iphone the size is small and easy to slide in a small pocket
So if your looking for web surfing this phone isnt for you but if you want a nice looking texting device id say for $149 isnt bad at all
OH also the battery is not too bad if you arent on web or checking you email alot it last days much better than most touchscreen devices..

can anyone tell me how to activate the bluetooth? When i press the button to turn it on, the screen says "activating bluetooth" for like 5 min and nothing happens
