o yea, camera is amazing. No complains there. Never had a phone with such a great camera. You can take clear and visible pixs in a pitch black dark area.

I just got the phone, its an amazing phone and has met all my expectations, well most. The only downside to it is the apps or trying to get apps for this phone. I was hoping to get apps similar to the G1's or iphones. But besides that the phone is gggreeeaattt!
O yeah does n e one know if they charge for using the gps on this phone??????

I recently purchase this phone and quite please with it. This is my 2nd Samsung since the 2 yrs old T629. The weak signal receipt that everybody is complaining is reasonable but insufficient. The fact is I can still make a call even when there is no bar left but the antenna icon. I experienced that the call lasted at least 20min under this situation.
Other pro are as other said.
However, I am currently experience a speaker issue (not the loud speaker). Whenever I increase the volume to level 5,6,7, voice quality starts to decrease. It is so hard to explain this situation. It was like when you put a tiny sand on the surface of the speaker, the output changed. I heard lots of high pitch/frequency at this volume level.
Any answer would be appreciated

oOK,THE PHONE DOES HAVE GPS..SO WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?...Also, the phone doesn't have wifi, but it is a 3G phone...so is a great thing.... No for the person that asked what the two little circles on the right hand of the speaker are , they are actually two small sensors that when ever your on a call the screen on the phone turns off when they are covered by your cheeks :P cool aint it!!

I've had the phone for a few weeks now and I'm quite pleased with it. The camera is actually pretty nice, the quality of the pics is as stated not as good as a stand alone point and shoot but pretty close, the touch screen does require some pressure but over time you get used to it, sometimes the accelerometers don't react as fast as one would want but still good. If you have the Tmobile version like me you WILL have to do the Full HTML hack due to tmobile using the web2go service. (the hack used on the T919 Behold will work with this phone). My only real disappointment with this phone is lack of wifi other than that its met or exceeded my expectations

Just bought a new phone from tmobile usa, it is boring phone, signals are very low,camera result is very poor also can not accept jar files no radio no photo call camera no wifi, and price is 500 dollars very expensive phone actually,i dont reccomend to anyone to buy this kind of phone

Having owned way too many unlocked phones, and having the problem of dealing with warranty and stuff like that, I finally bought a USDM phone. I have to say I am very satisfied with the phone. OF COURSE there will be problems, but overall it's done pretty well. 1) The phone is a good weight, my 2nd to last phone was the LG Secret and it was a little too girly/small for a guy's hand 2) it's not as annoying to look at as the omnia (my last phone), and i don't feel like i'm holding the iphone clone in my hand.
Yes some ppl like to claim this looks like a the viewty, but there are substantial differences. The TouchWiz OS actually works great on the T929, and taking pictures is very easy.
The down side is when pics get resized for MMS, the generally are not very good quality pic a opposed to a simple 2MP camera sending a latent MMS file size.
There isn't a very good method in managing files, and if i want to look through my Music files, I have to fish through either the Videos widget or pictures widget first.
The Haptic QWERTY is VERY GOOD, i would say as good as the iphone. Overall haptic feedback is quite delayed however.
Heavy use means that daily charging is needed for sure, but that's to be expected when an 8MP is on the back of your handset.
The Webbrowser is definitely better than the Tocco/Behold, but again, Tmobile US 3G is still kind of expensive, and there needs to be a better way to work with the email client for Gmail.
my only real question is wtf are the 2 lenses on the top right corner in the front of the phone? right next to the speakerpiece, at first i thought it was used for video calls, but upon closer inspection there's nothing there at all!!
