I like the style. so stylish. =) ... morehi there!!! you know what ive tried samsung U600 for a quiet a while now we purchased last year around november 2007 and i find it so elegant and stylish!!! and the features are so good!!! so slim!! and my partner is the one whose using it now ya!! it is so sensitive but regards to your concern i think it will last long it depends up to you how you care and handle your phone..... samsung phones are so nice so luxury!!!! unlike nokia has a china fone now hahahahhaha

BUT, i concerned about the "SENSITIVE KEY PAD". I'm afraid if in 2-3 years the "SENSITIVE KEY PAD" will broken.
if anybody know, how long the "SENSITIVE KEY PAD" can remained until broken????

i have a samsung u600 about three months and from the other day the screen start to go blank and i have to take out the battery for it to come back and now its gone completely and i changed the flex cable and still have a blank screen. what causes this

I think that doesn't support 4Gb micro sd.

Well I loved it until yesterday when the stupid screen turns black. I plugged the phone in after I took out the battery, put in the battery while it was still plugged in, and it allowed me to turn it on and it worked, now it's not letting me at all. DUMB.

I have had nothing but problems with this phone! Tha screen has cracked on the inside, the WAP no longer works, it often freezes and restarts when I'm in he middle of a text message, the camera rarely works and when he camera doesn't work I'm unable to receive picture mesages either! It's also wiped its memory of its own accord 3 times, losing all my photos and ringtones and as of last night, it is now completely mute! No ringtone, no vibration, no text message alert and if I try to call out, I can't hear it ringing or anyone answering at the other end! Nightmare! Not chuffed at all1

I own one and after eight mths the soft touch keys which are very irritating " I was told need to change" as it is not working not only that but apparently it is a major problem cuz when I carried it in there were alot of u600's with same problem. I give it a 4 out of 10

I had this phone since summer 2008, at the time it was out in Canada. the camera on this phone is good over all with taking picture and video, but it is kinda slow. The touch button is great, but if your not use to it, it can be a huge problem ( hit the wrong menu ) there is a lot you can change in this pohne like: colors of the background and then number when you dial, clock style, also different kind of dialing graphics. the mp3 works well but speaker quality isn't the best, but is still quite good. this phone does run java games but be worn, playing games can kill a full charge juice in less then a day! there is a sd slot for you micro sd but, you can't use a 4gb micro hc, only a older micro sd. I got a 2gb micro on mine. larger size card can slow your phone, because it doesn't support larger size card. the slider is ok, but can't break if you use t too many time. you can see the display pressing lower volume button with out sliding. you can go and buy a new color case, but this phone is by fair the most difficult to change case! the North America version came out for Telus juts recent, but is the lower end version. Over all I like this phone a lot and still using it while at work.
