its true. it's always lag, like i receive my messages after 45minutes. it's not a network problem because when i placed my sim on another phone, it was working perfectly fine.

Do not buy this phone, there is a slim chance that you may have no problems but if u have no insurance it could become costly. The guys in carphone warehouse do not reccomend this phone and i was told they have a massive problem with this model!! I have just been brought out of my contract on the u600 10months early due to the problems i was having with it!!

hi guys,Iam planning to buy the phone could I know if this phone is good when it comes to sound...is the mp3 player plays the songs loudly...coz i want to have phone that has a loud speaker...is it good?

M.Ashkar (Egypt), 29 May 2008I'm a SonyEricsson Person and i totally regret switching to... morei so agree. its the worst phone i was on sony and boy do i regret switching i was in a bad situation where i needed 2 call 999 but guess what there was no network . then the battery died after i charged it for litereally the whole day. and im stuck on an 18 month contract so im screwed really :(... people do not get this piece of crap!

this is my second samsung phone.. i had it for 10 months now.. my phone works perfectly (has been dropped a few times) pretty DURABLE, CUTE, STYLISH and ALWAYS gets complements on how coool it looks. programs are pretty similar to older samsung mobiles with a few updates but wished the phone had better programs for how expensive it is.. so yer practically paying for the looks.. down side to the phone>> hard to see screen in sunlight even with sunlight mode.. camera is reeaaaly slow.. takes a getting use to with the touch pads, MP3 player is kinda slow
but it doesn't bother me.. other than that.. this phone is great.. AND its advised to buy a screen protector =)
(my phone doesn't have malfunctions cuz i bought mines from a legit seller be careful where you buy your mobiles from)!!!

i m using da set since last six months, dis set has excellent looks n menu interface but da whole set body loves 2 get scratches on itself, along interface is also very slow

When i first got to phone t worked perfectly, but a few months the buttons started not working properly so i would have 2, therefore i got another 1 and the same thing happened 2 my other one, for all you readers don't buy it looks good but if you drop it u most certain that it isnt going to work the same.

Hey Guys, I'm having a problem here. I've had this phone for about 7 or 8 Months with no problems... However I've recently gotten a 2GB San Disk Mobile Premier Micro SD card for it. It seemd ok though it slowed down a bit which I expected. However now the Phone just seems to be turning itslef off whenever it feels like... This especially happens when the alarm goes off sometimes on mornings. Has anybody else experienced this kind of thing, especially after putting in a Micro SD Card? How do you deal with it?

I'm a SonyEricsson Person and i totally regret switching to Samsung! it's by far the worst cell i've ever used.. those touch buttons caused me to lose lots of credit, pretty slow processor, and a surely not-even-smart interface! battery drops to LOW in one day if the phone vibrates and/or the MP3 player is used for more than 2 hrs! and a usual BlueTooth file transfer malfunction..as for texting, the too flat keypad makes a more expensive long distance call, easier and preferable!

i bought this phone four months back and since last month this handset is having key fixing problem the side key of volume is not working it is jam and flash is not working.
the camera is not as good as sony or nokia set. and we dont have a proper service station at jamshedpur for this phone.
in nutshell a part from above problem the phone seems to be ok............

This phone is realy good i've had it for 1 month now and it has just stopped for no reason it frozen on the loading screen and i've taken the battery out and the sim and its still frozen on the loading screen

I wrote a review about this phone a few weeks ago singing its praises, but after a few weeks of use i wish to point out the following issues ive had with the phone.
1) Although the battery lasts around 3-5 days, once the battery meter gets lower than 2 bars, you do not have very long at all before the phone turns itself off. Very annoying if you left for work with your phone with 2 bars of battery but an hour later goes down to 1 bar then dies shortly after that.
2) Scratches very very easily. Ive only owned the phone a month but theres already a years worth of scratches on the phone.
3) Very difficult to see the screen in the sun, even with the phone in sunlight mode.
4) A bit slow in general, especially the camera.
The battery problem alone has forced me to buy a different phone and sell this one on. It is a nice phone other than these points and i would have kept it had the battery not been an issue. I just been in too many situations where the battery has died and i hadnt charged it because when i last looked it didnt need charging because it had 2 bars on the battery meter.
