hey guys, i got a price quote from mobile gadgets website.. It would be around euro365 or $496.40. Is this price accurate? Could someone please let me know? Coz I need to save up a bit of money to buy this phone.. Thanks a lot.

can anybody please tell me 2 things:
1) When is the official release date(does it vary in countries) because it can be bought on the croatian black market, but i dont know if it is a hoax.
2) what colors will be released? (because i didnt read about a black, and somebody here posted a picture of a black U700.

I am from the UK. Everyone is talking of it being released on Vodafone, which I am certain it will be as I have asked in store, and it's in their Summer brochure too. But does anyone know if it's going to be released on T-Mobile / Orange / O2 etc? None of those stores I've been in to have any idea about the phone at all.... Any ideas? Cheers

I have just spoken to Vodafone and the launch of this phone has been delayed AGAIN not available until 22nd June on Vodafone, according to samsung it failed a quality control on the paintwork.
I spoke to them at 16:45 on 14th June

Vodafone told me the website and phone lines are different depts, the website has the blue one, the phone line has the silver one - don't know about the high street though.....

Hi people, I went to the vodafone shop a few days ago and told me that their getting the U700 silver and not the blue version, but i went to the the vodafone website and it displays the blue fone, i was wondering which colour is actually going to be released, by the way, im from the UK

Another touch sensitive Samsung, oh joy!
My thumbs haven't bled enough trying to get the softkeys to respond on the J600. And don't get me started on the U600! Stylish, but compared to practically any handset with real buttons this will get on your nerves eventually, especially if you work with phones...

I went to training 2 days ago and i am in love. only the 4 buttons on top is touch screen but it is one of the best samsung has come out with. it is stylish and can do almost everything exept make coffee.
