Hi i am about to receive my new samsung u900. I am going to a wedding on saturday 25/4, is the camera good enough or should i take a camera also??

btw you can check your msm messages whilst in a call by clicking the top right-hand button on the keypad which brings up a quick switch menu with the message menu shortcut on it.

I love the phone. The only problem is that i can not check sms msgs when im on a call. This is a tad irritating can this be fixed cause the only option i get if i open the menu while on a call is send sms. So to read a msg recieved during the call i have to end the call and check my inbox.

hi i just want to ask because i had this u900 but if i change the rejected menu on my phone then after that it will not ring anymore if someone will call me.
what will i do? please help me

JohnM, 01 Apr 2009There are alot of small niggly issue's with this U900, but ... moredon't want to sound stupid but how do you do a firmware update, as I also have a problem with a very soft almost inaudible ring tone when a call comes in.

I have just bought the U900 phone and it looks and feels great! I bought it soley on reading the posts on this site!!! Just one question.. Why is it that when i try to install Mxit after downloading it successfully does it tell me: Connection Failiure? when i hit the help button I am told to make changes to my java settings. Where do I find it and how do I make the changes?? P.S. this is my first Samsung hence the silly question.

This phone looks awsome, im thinking off getting it after my u700 recent broke.... is it me or does samsung always breaks down? I also had e900 that broke... but this phone is really worth it, my friend got it and it shines like a beast XD

Ive had this jewel for more than 3 months now..Just dont afford to miss this phone..Superb!!it's much more than a mobile phone..You should hold it in your hands to feel the magic..Proud user!

I like this phone sooo much but the only problem that you cannot lock the keys manually!!! but othwise I think it is one of the best phones I have used.

Hi all. I've had this phone for almost 7 months now and it is still an amazing phone. I constantly check out this website to see other new phones that come out and even though there's phones with GPS, 8 mega-pixel cameras and other gimmicks, this phone is still one of its kind. The intuitive touch-pad, the SUPERB and ROBUST design (Honestly, the all-metal body, along with matte black plastics hasn't been affected much by the every-day wear and tear.) and its amazing speed through menus are just some of the things that makes this phone an achiever. OF course, I'm not as excited about the theme editor as I was when I got the phone, yet the other day, my friend tried it out and was amazed at how much can be customised with the phone. The picture editor is still hot and the camera is still a great performer for a 5-megapixel camera-phone. The audio quality is very clear and loud (found out about the code) and I never miss a call or message. I'm very happy with the battery life, lasting about 4 days of moderate-heavy usage, and can last more than a week when I'm not using it a lot. I absolutley LOVE this phone and I'm so glad I got it. Also, I'm not sure about other people around the World, but down here in Australia, I've only seen ONE other person with my phone. It seems not many people have it, or want it, but I have to tell them, they have NO clue what they're missing out on.

aznoh, 17 Mar 2009it is very crappy and my nokia N73 before this phone was a ... moreNo, I think N73 ME is worse than U900, because I had many problem in My old N73 ME, ex : Its very slow to read files, the picture of the camera is not natural or its look like cartoon, after that, the speaker not work, and finally, my phone is dead...First time, it seems because virus, but after I checked, no virus detected...Now, I have u900,no problem until now, its betteeeeeeer than my old N73 ME...

i had this phone since two days i have elevated the mp3 ringtone by codecs from his site in opinons page 6 now i can hear the ringtones good and about the sliding problems that it seems not fit after u slide it up just push a little push and it will fit ..turn ur keypad sensetivty to 3its more fun and ur media payer to ROCK the bass is great the earphone is very very very amazing in hearing mp3 only im afraid of not 2 able2 play games on it cuse im very careful ith the keypad thax and proud and happy 2 help someone on this planet
