Has anyone here recently switched from the Razr v3 phone to the samsung U900 Soul? Just wondering if you could compare the two. Like for battery life and call volume ? Which phone is better in that sence?

hi!, i just bought my samsung soul today :) and its pretty good, i didnt find the incall volume to be low coz i got a call on a bus (it gets pretty noisy there hehe)...i have one question, my cam is not that clear, what can i arrange to make it better?

I always liked Samsung mobiles, latest was D900 which was great that time, i changed to LG Viewty 6 months ago and its great, now i'm thinking to uppgrade again, i compared between Soul or LG Secret, i decided to go for the Secret as its anti scratch display and virtual reality gamez is big advantages, but i would never buy any mobile from other brands, Korean brands r simply the best. GL to all in there choices.

1. Set your voicemail number:
Settings -> Application settings -> Messages settings -> Voicemail number -> enter number here...
(if you've this set up just press and hold button 1 when phone is idle to speed dial your voicemail)
2. Call waiting
Settings -> Application settings -> Messages settings -> Call settings -> Voice call -> Call waiting -> Activate
(you can set your call diverting from voice call settings also)

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2008It support up to 8GB (MicroSD)yes it supports up to 8gb SDHC card. Any memory card up to 2gb is microSD. If a memory card is above 2gb onwards, it becomes an SDHC card(SanDisk High Capacity.

you cannot install java games from any external source using a usb cable.

MK, 23 Jun 2008Just a quick question or two. When I try to either receive ... moreif you cannot send/receive picture messages, you need to install the mms settings sent to your phone.you can install it from samsungmobile.com/support site or contact your service provider.
if your phone texting defaults to predictive texting, then this has been custimised by your network provider to be so and you cannot change it.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970id pick the soul by a whisker, overall functionality has a slight edge over the secret. soul is a bit cheaper too so prob better value for money.. smape.com are bringing out a soul vs secret review and they like the soul over the secret too, only by a small margin though.

Just a quick question or two. When I try to either receive or send a picture message it says "service unavailable". Anybody know why and do I have to change some settings on the phone? Also how do I make normal text the default setting for text messages. Every time I go back to send a text it returns to predictive text and I hate using predective text. Thanks in advance.

catfish 3000, 22 Jun 2008I really want the U900 Soul but i'm frantically confused wh... morei was thinkin of the same as well but picked soul cuz was afraid of not getting used to touchpad phones. Love the design of F480 but just a shame that i'm not the biggest fan of virtual keypad.
so if you're finding these touchpads alright then i would suggest F480... just bcuz of the widgets and flash interface :)
