do you guys even know what ur talkin about??
trust me if your an owner of a blackberry storm 2 then this will be a breath of fresh air because i rate this phone miles better!!!
the BB storm2 was causing me so much grief (screen freezing, rubbish battery life, slow, poor keyboard) i got rid of it for this!
this phone does the job and more and im able to work this phone perfectly!! granted its hard at first but you get used to it !

seriously I,v just baught 360 m1 and can,t do anything on it ,Its so frustrating and hard to use and i,m a gadget freak if I cant use it who can?I think it needs better technology!!!my advice get a htc.

i think the phone is very poorly designed and too flimsy. the touch screen is very slugish. the response rate is very slow,also the user interface is not up to scratch. certain elements of the phone are too complex for a very basic phone. for example to save a picture as w wallpaper from the gallery is virtually impossible to figure out. i returned my handset within 48hrs of delivery,would not recomend it. also the battery cover is so hard to open,its breakable........

My experience of it is the opposite of what you're saying and more like that of the person you're replying to: few useful app available; key-pad very frustrating to use; very slow; can't receive emails from my gmail account despite it recognising my google account; very hard to answer a call; can't lock it and protect it; can't use the chat function; many functions have stopped working after only two months of use; the shop are absolutely no help despite the fact that one of the salesmen also owns one!
This is a seriously useless phone that my husband was conned into buying as a present for me. We're getting nowhere with the shop that sold it to him. I feel bad for him that he bought me this phone

This is the worst phone I have ever bought! It's useless, the keys are impossible to use, they're tiny. Applications are useless. There's way too much crap on the desktop; you cannot lock your phone yourself, but have to wait about 10sec for the phone to lock itself (which means that you've to wait 10sec each time before putting your phone back into your pocket or your bag). Also, I haven't found a straight forward way of putting a PIN to protect it. I was tempted to smash it on the grounds a few times.

the update should be sent automatically or check the 360 website. and yes once the new update is in place you can have a picture as a wallpaper when the screen is locked however the clock is still displayed as well.

this phone is horrible i cant stand it i have sent it back to the shop about 5 times all they can say is it needs an update. i would like to throw this phone at a wall but i dont have insurance :( .

hi,i like the phone but i wanna ask-when i dial it apprear 2 things,one of them is UNLOCK-when is touched then shows who am i dialing and speaker etc.how to remove that unlock 4 showing me always the stuff and when i wanna end call i dont know what and where to touch cause the screen is black
