Jennii, 29 May 2010there is no floppy disl thingOdd, because their is on this phone. Top right-hand side a disk icon is present. At base it also give option to reset (to original). Wallpaper, is not for background of apps screen, just standby screen though.

Had for a few weeks now. This handset has been slated along with it's o/s. Well, on payg in UK, it's a good deal. Some fantastic things are inside this phone, media player being one. Also, unlike android this is a java enabled phone, and privided you find an app rthat works with a touch capacitive screen of this nature all is ok. Some provided on Voda's site are a JOKE though, you CANNOT play the scrabble app, too small to drag the letters to position and the screen is not sensitive enough to detect such small movements. The 360 concept is well, ur, junk! But this o/s has HUGE potential, just feel SADLY that Android will be dominant for Voda. LiMo, with an update maybe good, don't see it coming. Hardware wise fantastic phone (one odd thing though is their must be an internal metal shield that resonates if you knock the phone, thought it was set on vibrate, but no?? Anyone know why it has this odd aspect?).

wallpapers are not yet available,
an update has to be brought at that can be installed at your nearest vodafone shop.

avoid at all cost, i've been using one for two months and there nothing about it that good, the mp3 player sounds like a bag of spanners, it's as user friendly as a choclate tea pot. avoid avoid aviod. don't make the same mistake as me

Anonymous, 26 May 2010Where's The Disk Icon? :)It's in the top right hand corner. Looks like an old floppy disk, press and it's stored your image as wallpaper. Do not press the reset option that is displayed though

Like all new devices you have to give it time. Your remarks are highly valid, but you should have persevered with it as it is a fun handset once you get the hang of it.

This handset has a lot of potential. However, downloading scrabble from their apps site, was interesting, it DOES NOT FUNCTION WITH THE CAPACITIVE SCREEN! The 240x320 java apps with sythesised keyboard work better. The screen is fantastic taking into account it is only 240x400, plays wvga video encoded with a reasonable bit rate fantastically. The 360 synchronizing thing is useful, but beware your date allowance is used up quickly! Voda did not give me the 'free' web pack will be back to Wood Green Store (London), as they were unsure about even the inclusive mins, and was told it was preloaded (nope!!), still the staff are VERY helpful, I think it was new to them.
This is a bargain phone, you get the two camera's for video calling, 1Gb int memory, GPS with maps, a few useful apps, but the o/s is slow, updates were available upon switch on. I don't see it beating Android, but looks better than Symbian. For 80 pounds you have a fantastic device, get one before word goes around, it will be big this phone, wait and see!!

To be honest i don't know why everyone is moaning about this phone. In my experience it is very responsive, Has everything i want in a phone and for £80 including 300 texts 100 minutes and a months free internet service i really can't complain! For the people that are complaining about you have to create a 360 account, you don't at all, you can easily skip this step and go straight onto the phone. Also for the ones saying you have to wait 10 seconds for it to lock, try pressing the "off" button on the top of the phone, it locks it immediatly. To be honest of course there are better phones out their but not for 80 quid! Before you start complaining about the features maybe try and use the phone a bit more and work it out before posting on here OR go and spend another 400 odd quid on an I-phone ;)

this is the worst phone i have ever owned i bought it back in november 2009 and have already had to send it of 5 times to be repaired. vodaphone have been about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot when i asked when they would provide me with a completely different phone as this one evidently doesnt work i was told i have to send it off a significant amount of times to qualify for that service!!!!! the screens slow it freezes on a regular bases rtying to text is an absolute nightmare. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE !!!!!

What an awful handset. I too was conned into buying it as a newly released phone that did all of my requirements. Its slow, I can never get connected to the internet - it shuts down due to application error. Linking to facebook it won't show status updates as I was told it would, it won't post my status updates onto facebook. Answering a call is a nightmare and as for making one its fine as long as you don't phone a call centre as I cannot unlock the dialer service. Ending a call is a bit of a joke too - I have to wait until the other person disconnects. If you are thinking of buying one think carefully - 360 not worth the effort - choose a handset that actually works. Good luck if you have one ...
