Fahed,i got the X100 from Singapore for my sis.It works just fine.personally i have a N6600,but the X100 is real good,battery is 900MAH unlike other Samsung phones!Lasts for 2-3hrs talktime max.Features are good,navigation very fast,overall excellent value4money! But,has some prob with network(ok,with the same SIM compared to the Nokia,the X100 fights to save the call from disconnecting! where the network is weak) and call volume is very low. Else,this is a decent phone.

I am planning to buy this phone from Alfa stores (Vile Parle) Mumbai (India).. I inquired its price form Alfa and it is for Rs. 6300 Rs/. I am just concerned about three things...Ringtone Loudness - Strong Vibration and long battery life. I have shortlisted three phones now:
LG 3100 - Rs 5400
Sony Ericsson Z200 - Rs 7095
Samsung X100 - Rs 6300
Sony Ericsson T230 - Rs 6500
I hate Nokia phones as they r not value for money and with bad displays and pathetic ringtones.
I am stuck between Sony Ericsson Z200 and Samsung X100. SE is sexy looking with Infrared and longer battery life as i hv used SE T310 before and its batery was good like all sony phones..
can any 1 suggest which one should i go for?

hello i have bought x100 recently.But same datacable problem so i decided to use wap.Will i able to download ringtones using wap in this handset and how many as they say only 3 ringtones can me downloaded.

My wife gave this phone as a gift on my wedding, I can download ringtones using GPRS, btw .mmf tones are louder than .midi also some mmf tones are with vibrator Its cable is not in the market since last information but USB cable is available with CD on ebay.

hello ,i bought the samsung x 100 before a few days it preety but its softwareis not sporting to the download able tones and picturs, how i can upgradeit software like x105 is it possible ,the set is not sporting the Java games and nor pics,and its data cable is not avalible in pakistanhelp me how i can utlise the set

I have purchased recently this nice gift from SAMSUNG and everything beatuiful butI dont know how to use its multimedia massaging sevice and download more ringtones without data cable, via SMS or MMS service just like NOKIA phones. Can u tell me any method or website in our Great Motheland.?(PAKISTAN)please tell where can i get the datacable for x100

I am using x100 for last one month. the software is buggy (esp the phonebook). I cannot use downloaded sounds/ringtones for my alarm tone or to assign it to a group/conact in the phonebook. MIDI tones are not much louder.
If there is new update of firmware/software available for this phone, please let me know.
