for those who still wish to connect this device via IRDA - forget it. I've looked thousands of times for real free working software concerning this idiotic phone, but it's no use. If you can find EASYgprs soft - that's what i suggest. A few times it worked but now it seems to freeze every time i try. Better take a new model, because they don't bother writing software for the old ones.

Hi, X120 - is a pretty good phone, good battery (3-5 days) but with one big problem: where is it on official site www.samsungmobile.com ?!? I cannot find any information about irda port from the phone... It seems that irda on X120 is nothing than a simple specification,
no soft for it, no support from the vendor, just a big sign of wonder. So i very sorry, but i think i must ask my money back... I was trying with an usb cable but nothing else than time to loose... I want to enjoy the beautiful colour of OLE display and the polyphonic sound but how ? if i cannot transfer any images or sounds

I have a SGH-x120 bought last year and it's really a great phone. I search the model of this unit in this link http://mea.samsungmobile.com/eng/mobile_phone/sgh-x120/specification.jsp it says it has a sound and ringtone supported format mp3. The problem is the irda has a big problem i try it and it always rejected the incoming file I already download the all supported software for this unit what's the problem?
