It's 2021 and the phone still works (however, not in Alaska). My sweetheart phone used to go for 6-7 hours, and the battery is now down to less than 2 hours. Still, it serves all my phone needs while also being compact for carrying in my pocket. Also, my grandchildren are amazed by its size, simplicity, and the fact that I'm happy with it.

Oh my God am missing my phone. the time it was released it looks sooooooo amazed. my first phone to connect to the internet.

have had this one for almost 3 years.Talking about 30 minutes every day, 20 sms everyday and the battery was able to hold for about 3-4 days!!!Unfortunatelly left the job so had to turn back the device. No complains at all! I do agree with the previous reviewer that the phone does not have many features but it does have wath the phones must have!Looking for something the same.

I have had this one for almost 2 years. No camera but don't really need it. I haven't had any problems with it. It gets good reception. I have dropped it many times,,,,still works great. The white one I have looks very girlie. I love it

I have the X497 model. It has lasted over 2 years and still works, although the reception is getting so bad I almost can't use it.
My biggest complaint about the phone is the fact that you can set it to silent or vibrate, then if you accidentally bump the key on the side of the phone, even when the phone is closed, it switches off silent/vibrate and starts ringing. Since I am an attorney and cannot have a phone ringing in court, this is a major liability and hassle. I have to remember to turn the phone off many places. My wife has the same phone and hers is broken at the flip point and the battery holder so her phone only works part time, and it is her second battery. I would recommend another phone.

like, were is the infrared port? it would be nice from you to change the informations posted on the site if there is no infrared option on this phone.

Relatively basic but tri-band, cheap, small, robust and in general allright. Most annoying is the terrible selection of ringtones standard built in. You're forced to go through the hassle of buying a decent one.

can anybody tells me how much the telephone can work with one charge of battery? Is the Infrared working properly or it is only for contacts?
