I can't find the infrared port, I have a Samsung x495, that is very similar to this, but it hasn't got that option, if somebody could help me to find the option, I will apreciate that. Thank's.

The software must be defective but yes they come and exchange with their one year warranty.

I would not recommend this phone to anyone. This or the x495. They are completely worthless. I work for T-Mobile and I have replaced more of the x495 than any other phone since I've worked here. They suck.

Does this phone has infra-red since on some web sites it claims it has (gsm arena) and some says it does not. Please, answers, its very important!!!!

USA user? No way. U r mistaken with the X495. This is the European release which is indeed T-Mobile exclusive.

YOu have to be a T-mobile USA customer to use this phone. Even unlocked u stilled need their service to use most features. It is almost like haveing a CDMA phone. Now the choice is yours..........

This is a pretty basic phone. Not too great, there are better phones out there.
