Hi there ,
Product is good . but sales support is bad in West and south Indian market.
recenrtly i ve purchased X 600 and they havenopt given me IR port and the Driver .
wheras one of my friend got allthe stuff from NOKIA .
Also here in trivandrum , the shop owners say...they dont get the IR port compatible with SAMSUNG....in my pursuation to get the s/w i got it purchased from PUNE and to my dismay..even that is not conmpatible with samsung..whereas it is very much compatible with NOKIA....
this could be a big factor .. killing your product even though the product is superb...

Can somebody tell me the configuration for GPRS settings for X600? I'm using Orange, and sent a request sms to 123. I then received a push message which configured my gprs settings, but still it does not connect. Orange helpdesk has been unable to tell me what is the problem. I'm located in Mumbai.

upload and download option is used to download ur photos to PC . software used for samsung can be found on the samsung site and cable used for it is the USB cable but be sure to configure the "communication bridge between PC" in order to communicate with cell phone x600 through PC.
datacable = USB data cable(compatible with X100) dont worry it will work with X600 too b.coz im using it.
software = Easy Studio (4m samsung site)
driver 4 datacable = Prolific USB driver
this prolific is used to create a communication bridge b/w PC cell fone.

It's very great mobile,
But I am confused how we transfer the photos from it to a PC??
I can't see any option "Transfer photos" in EasyStudio :(
Also tell me how I will get reply for my current message?

it is very bad for samsung that no any facilitiy of pic to download computer and availbility of data cable and software easily its bad product of samsung if you have send me sits software soon
