Finally got my Samsung X620 connected to the PC. Serial Link is a little clumsy but I guess all is fine if it works.

I bought samsung SGH X620 mobile phone. I have taken some photographs and I want to transfer these photo to my computer. I have suitable data cable and but I don't have software to install in computer to transfer data. What is the name of software and how can I download this software.

i bought this mobile phone two weeks later, i checked my my talking time is 3 hours and i recharge my mobile phone twice during the time. It is totaly wrong statement which i read on web site before bying

how to delete the ringtones saved by me on
`my sound` folder , that cause fillup my phone memory ,that taken some kb mem. so plz

I bought this phone 3 months ago after reading most of the reviews. But later i found there is a problem with the software, the phone gets restarted at least once a day, and at times it even resets all the settings in phone. When i went to the dealer since i have the Warranty, they said its a problem with the type of SIM card i was using(but it worked ok with my last phone for 2 years). Later i found couple more ppl with the same problem (one with the same model X620, also with X700) and got to know theres a prob with this series of models. Actually the dealer gave back the phone saying they have updated the software, but the deleted settings were not restored. I can set up the FM radio channels and other suff again, but the phone's IMEI no, Production Date etc(accessed via *#8999*8378# secret menu) were set to all zeros !!!!
Add to this were another prob, where the phone gets stuck giving a strange display or unable to switch on, so the only thing is to remove the battery and put it back again.
So even though still i love the phone for its looks and style, i do not recommend buying this or any other models of the same series(which has the same software with bug).Its too bad such a nice phone has this kinda big problems :o(
At last no one wants to spend their money on a phone which doesnt operate properly.

I have a Samsung X620 and I wish to know how to transfer my photos to PC as I didn't purchase any cable along with the phone so need to know where will I get the cable to transfer the photos and the exact price of it. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

yeah it got gud cam, but it dont hav any vedio recording if we compare to other brands in the same range like sony ericsson k3ooi it got all the features, even modem n its drivers
if any 1 knows abt the modem information abt x620 plz tell me

x-620 is a worth phone but it can have some more features as in the nokia 6600...

Somebody Please help. The software hangs badle between each and every calls and everything i do even if i just move around the MENU !!! It hangs...freezes....restarts displaying the logo 'SAMSUNG X620'...

Nice Looks. Good FM. The Software hangs while making/receiving Calls and restarts itself, as if switching off and on. I'm facing this problem since the last 15 days. Can anyone please help as what to do? Please write to me at sanjeebmahana@yahoo.co.in
