the only bug i came across so far is the sending of business card from sek600i to m x700. (white screen and phone restart). minor bug to me. dint bother me.

software bug confirmed.
Cause: activated radio function and activated camera function same time. Snap a picture and delete it. Radio functions permantly no sound. handphone need to power off and on it again inorder to work again for radio function.
Just send in for services. They upgraded software for my handset due to their software bugs.....

It’s a good model having common functions which you see in every mobile phones, MP Camera, Stereo Sound, MP3 Audio and important thing is memory extendable besides these characteristics of the mobile, very bad to say that very poor quality of video, video format is 3GP which is very bad, I can’t understand why company didn’t try to improve it?
Today the sound and video quality is one of the most important thing especially when you want to see video songs, movies etc.
I strictly stop those who wants video quality, Samsung is fail to provide it.

check if your FM radio still able to receive signal?
Note: It has to be reset by power off and on it again inorder to work.

Just bought 1 month ago. Brand new set. Wonder anyone got such problem encounter using X700? FM radio function become not working when activated camera function and snap a picture follow by delete this picture. Try if your FM radio still able to receive. This could be a software bug in this mobile phone. Driver bugs?

1) Can it last for twelve hours of music before battery goes flat?
2) Is the picture taken with 1.3MP camera?
3) How many MB can store one thousand pictures?
4) How many MB can record one hour of video?
5) How many MB can record up to ten minutes of voice?
6) Can it use 1700mah battery for this phone?
7) Can it send images, music and video through bluetooth to their phones?
8) Can it transfer 8MB of MP3 file?
9) How much is 512MB TransFlash at shops?
Please tell me the details as soon as possible as i really like the design so much.

Can anyone tell me what is the maximum size of video? I read on test it is 176x144 but on official page u can read it is 356x288 or smallest size 2 ofcourse;)

Reasonable 1.3 mp camera
Good speaker
MP3/4 plus radio
Memory Card Slot
Nice design
Powerful display
Great Business Phone
Down Point:
Can't multi-task this phone. (SE walkman, MotoROKR can, but slow)
Not a good MP3 phone (Gd speaker but no 3D effect. Compare to SE-WM, Moto and Nokia not that loud)
Battery use up extra quick if items like bluetooth, MP3, Camera is on.
Not a great entertainer phone.
It is a great phone overall but not very suitable to youngters. Worth your bucks consider it is a high mid-end phone.

Great phone, great features with reference to the price. Camera is good but the time duration between the actual click and the picture being taken is too long. sound is good.. you cant do anything else while listening to mp3 songs.. i.e if u hv to send an sms or sumthing u'll hv to turn off the mp3 player, PCstudio software is cool and the cell fone is easy to use i.e very user friendly..
to answer a question from someone.. Yes mp3's can be used as ringtones..
onething i cant get hooked up to is the contact list's view......... is it just me or everyone has the same problem of seeing both the Contact's name and Phone Number when u view a contact.. kindly let me know if there is an option to change this view..

i have the phone and can confirm the accu is 900mAh.
Hints for a better accu life: first 3 times charge it COMPLETELY and then discharge COMPLETELY by using it (without interim charges): this part is the most difficult (you want to connect the phone using the USB data cable to transfer files but that will charge the accu so don't do it the first 3 weeks you have the phone!!!) but it will seriously strenghten your accu's standby time if you can resist the desire ;)
I have mine a month now and the battery lasts for about 5 to 6 days with average usage (half an hour playing mp3's, about fifteen minutes calling time and messing around with the organizer/message functions per day). I have read stories on the internet about 2 to 3 days accu life but I followed the prescription above and can at least have it 5 days without charging.
