This Phone is a great phone, i have been using it for over a year, and people still get amazed by how thin it is.the PROS:styling looking phone, very good 2 megapixel camera/video, easy to get familiar with. CONS:Does not support a memory card, battery life is not very good. overall this phone is great take my word, Im a texas local dj and move alot so i've dropped my phone alot and i also worked for t-mobile and cingular for a while.

This phone is really great. I have been using it for 6 months now. The only issues that i have with the phone is that,
its battery life is very low. But what more can you expect from a slim battery.
And the dial pad light stopped working after sometime.
Apart from those, its a really great phone

Had my x820 for 6 months now and I love it. A lot of room for improvement if you are a techno junky and the interface is not always user friendly, but the size, weight and shape for larger hands are great! If you use the phone as a phone and only sometimes the rest of the gadgets then Samsung got it right for you in this one! Battery life lasts me only 2 days, but I talk a lot. Java,Camera etc. is fine, but the user interface did get to me sometimes. Suppose I got used to it. All in all - I love the size and reaction from people and the rest I can cope with. If Samsung get working on the user interface they might have a brilliant phone.

Awful, awful, awful. Had one and sent it back in 2 days because the battery is lasting less than a day. But the second one is exactly the same! And even more annoying the screan all of a sudden goes blank...then I get the message "please wait" and then it tries to start again. It has been doing this sometimes every 10 seconds. It can do it in the middle of writing a text or anytime! If anyone else getting this problem can you let me know please. Its practically unusable! It it a fault with the phone?

Why does everyone moan about phones that don't have external memory?? No one is forcing you to buy a phone with no memory card slot!! 50MB+ is enough for anyone. And if you've got a PC then you can ALWAYS back up your photos and videos to free memory on the phone.
As for the MP3 players in phones; the best would have to be Sony Ericsson because I believe their phones have the best battery life, and we all know how power hungry MP3 files get! But then again you can take a dedicated music player with you if you're into a lot of music.

Good things:
Size .. fit perfect in pocket.. low wieght..
Very good Videocamera actually the best I ever used well compare to SE W900 video wounder why they dont express that more..
Camera is alright but D900 far better...
I talk mayby 4hours a day so I have extra batteries but extra battery is thin and i carry that in my wallet...
Very good speakerphone and sound..
This one goes defently userfreindly deep in hart..

everyone seems to be obsessed with this phone. they are not complaining about the phone getting hot while talking. this model seems to cook our brains slowly with the heat that it generates. so to get the brain evenly cooked use the mobile on both ears equally. well done samsung.
