Got this one. Design surely appreciated!! Must have a memory card plus the battery life is not good (the only thing I look for in handsets). The phone is fragile and a very low sound. I cant hear it when outside.

I like this phone for its design.
But is it just me or does the X820's speaker simply SUCKS?? the sound it provides is so soft its barely enough for the ringtone. i have the volume all the way up to 7, and it's as loud as a 4 on the Moto SLVR. you can imagine how embarass I was when my girlfriend's SLVR's speaker drowns my brand new X820's teenie weenie noise.
is there something im missing?? please help. i can't hear the ringtones at all when im out in the open, or even in a room with a medium number of people. and the alarm isnt enough either. i dont think it'll be able to wake me up. this phone's sound can't be worse than my old Nokia 6100's sound... can it...??? any opinions will be appreciated. looks like my phone came from Europe somewhere cause it booted up in French. Also, should there have been a USB provided? cause mine didn't have one... :(

@boy pagod
Ahh I knew T-mobile would do that. They have added a memory card but took out other cool features. Anyways the same thing happned to D820 and there was a way around. Change the file extension from mp3 to 3gp. It worked in D820...dont know if it will work here as well or not. But try it. If it works, then plz post the result, some others might need that help soon.
thanks

It's a nice phone anyway you look at it, that's when you get the full package on purchase. Should concentrate on improving the battery life though.

Hi
excellent phone, who said it was fragile!? phone is very durable (D900 seems more fragile) dropped it onto concrete and no reaction, just got rid of nokia 6280 now THAT was a fragile phone!! would have liked a memory card but can live without it i have my ipod...........only bad thing is in the UK you do not get a usb cable or t.v out in the box! thought the ultra were meant to be the high end samsung phones they could at least have included these!

I would like to advice Samsung Designing Engineers to design another Li-Po battery for X820 phones that will be bigger and protrude backward to the size of the camera part which will have more Amperehours and therefore more talktime. By this, they will sell more of these phones otherwise this will degrade their products in the market.

This is a good buy if you do not need to put in music and videos. The memory is set to 80mb which is quite good for at least 20songs max.This phone can handle music and video with good sound and picture quality.

Hi All
Good phone to look at. Batt life is not good.
There should have been a memory card slot.
The worst thing about the mobile is that it is damn fragile. Even a baby can break the phone in two.
Who ever asked for a slim phone ?
