i took the phone in a bit hurry as i was really very much excited to buy it on my birthday....but later on when i came to know that there is no memory card option i want to sell it back in the market..

phone is very good but there is no saftey for the phone in your pocket because it is very sensitive.colour should be in contrast of black and silver.

R: It's normal, i hide the phone all nights.
And the annoying tone at the end of call it's normal too, unfortunately.

For those who have seen the video clip of a smiling woman breaking X820 in half in YouTube.com and thought its funny must read on:
Motorola was behind the production of that Internet video clip mocking Samsung Electronics' slim mobile phone ``Ultra,'' according to the Web site that first showed it. The clip has been removed now.

Thin = in 4 samsung,but..With high energy feats like b/tooth,gprs+edge, high res screen..Batt life is TOTALLY inadequat..+ 2 batteries r suppl but no deskchg?

NEEED HELP!!! i just bought the tmobile trace which is just like this phone (kinda) i need to know how to make mp3s as my ring tone....just like the T809 from tmobile you had to change the file extention so the phone can read it. I have tried 3gp but its not working. can someone help?

Absolutley Brilliant Phone Slim as anything i love this phone but it lacks 2 most important things
1. No memory card Slot
2. cant use thering tone and vibration at once
other than that gr8 slim fone by SAmsung somethinng wot it should be and does wot it says on TIN. Gr8 Fone

Now we are three. Enoke, Vincent and I all have noted the ear shattering tone at the end of a call. I think Samsung should sort this out and then replace our phones. I'm not kidding - someone could really hurt their ear.

Batt Life Very Bad
Nice features...the 3D SMS mode is very fancy.
When a Call ends an annoying noice it give out.Cannot take it off.
Nice to have...fits well even in you shirt pocket.
Again the Batt life sucks.
Cannot select all Pics for Trasfer purposes...have to select them one by one...very time consuming.

I just bought the T519. I love it!!! T-mobile is getting there now, it has had crappy phone for quite sometime. I'm a loyal samsung fan and I just love the phone. Good job!!

I have had this phone (x820 unlocked triband) for about 6 weeks. I use with Cingular in Chicago and in the metro area, I have few problems with reception (the same spots I have issues with even with a quad band phone like my old d600). If you live outside of a metro area, you may need the 850 frequency, but tmobile's version has this. The unlocked version rocks. as for the connection and disconnect tones, settings->sound settings->extra tones->connection tone (uncheck) and it will shut off the tone on connect and disconnect. READ YOUR MANUALS!!! :)

Looks great of course. Battery life not great.
BUT one horrible, health threatening thing !
When a call ends the phone emits a 4 note tone - if your ear happens to be at the phone at that time you are deafened. It's terrible. The first time it happened to me my ears were ringing for an hour. Please how can you switch this thing off ? I have been through the phone options and can't find out how.
