Becareful if you're purchasing it from Plemix...there's a lot of rumors going around that the site is a scam! I ordered a phone off it two days ago, and I've gotten some very short and shaddy answers. If i get my phone, i'll let you know...i wouldn't purchase anything off it yet though...i'm worried i wont get my phone! :(

I was shocked when i saw the low battery life, one site said this phone had, but anyone still wondering about the real battery time, check this link:

          http://plemix.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=13087&Category_Code=SAMP
          Stand-by 240 hours
          Talk time 5 hours

Seems far more realistic since there's a 950mAh battery in it, wich is even better then some recent models of samsung.

According to Samsung, the X820 will be released in Russia first "some time" this month (June), followed by other markets (like Europe) shortly afterwards.

I would expect this phone to be released in the UK around July/August time.

I was thinking about getting the Nokia N73, but while the latter has some better quirks (like better camera/screen/symbian, etc), this thing might have forced me into changing my mind due to its ultra cool, non-geeky design. Nokia is yet to produce such a thing, catering instead for the boring, conservative, by-the-book businessman or the billy-no-friends geek (N80 wi-fi is testament to this)....

As I've said it's still a rumor. Here is the link:

Kal your information is wrong.. it just doesn't make sense! you can't have a phone which is 5mm thick with 3.5mm audio jack it's impossible. if audio jack is 2.5mm then it make sense..

I have read some rumors of a new Motorola SCPL that will be 5mm thin with all the features that this model is missing..namely card slot and 3.5mm audio jack.. if it is true..then the thin-game is getting hotter and hotter...soon we will see a 3mm Samsung..damn.

the size of this handset is awesome, audio quality not that good. definately misses the memory slot. the display is way better than the motorola.

if phone developers are readng this , then please remember to put a memory card slot in there next model, i love this phone but the only drawback was the card slot

I know that the SLVR L7 in a noisy atmosphere, it is hard for the speaker and the listener to hear clearly. I wonder if this would be the same? How is the reception on this phone? Is the display more clear than the L7?

No memory card slot unlike the Motorola SLVR.

This is really thin. 6,9 mm!!! Only the design is not spectacular at all. Think that i have to see it myself first and feel the thickness.
