I have a phone like that since 2yrs,im looking for another phone but its hard to decide, Because the x 820 is one of the best phone ive got,very Hard to replace it

I bought this phone a year ago and have been pleased with it till now (and thats unusual for me..). Some days ago it turned out that this phone REALLY cant take any water at all. I managed to splash a few drops at it and now.. Dead.
So if youre a sailor or something.. or live in rainy Bergen/Norway, stay away from x820.

to linda, y u hate x820? i own 1, i love it, slim & compact,lightweight, samsung designed it for simplicity...call,text.

Got one as a gift in Dubai this year.
Use it in OZ and have loved it.
Went to use it and the screen was shot.
It's like it was hit, but I know it wasn't damaged.
This broken screen, is this common, any ideas if this is a design fault...hmmm

Great phone, good design and size. Shame its not reliable and even worse shame about the service. Bought a new X820 in July. The LCD screen failed within twenty days. Returned the phone to Samsungs repair centre and was surprised to find they refused to cover it under the warranty. This is the last time I buy a Samsung phone or indeed any Samsung product.

I have one that comes with tmobile. After 2 month of use:
-Cratched paint
-Keypad acts funny
-Battery - got used to =)
-Ringer- awful.
-Black spot on the screen.
-Card slot broke (1st day)
This is a temp phone for a month - max
But great size.

great phone! luv it! as for battery life ok not brill but how long does it take just to plug in a charger? no time at all and deffo worth it just to own this phone!

It's A Great Mobile , but When We Come To Battery (But It Don't Last Only For 25 Min As Some One Up Said What Ever The Case Is )I Think U'll Cahnge Your Mind A littil.
And When I Put A Wallpaper As A BqckGround
There Is Some Kind Of Gray Color Shows Around It.
U Cant' Add A Memory Card -That's Bad-.

Just to tell that my x820 slip from my pocket and hit the stone about 2,5 meters.The battery jump.Result: still working and now it has a litle notch!...

but the battery s@ks
lasts only 25min talking &90min listening music by the handsfree

Same as wali,
Great fone, slim light, ease to use.
Problems are i cant get the bluetooth to
activate and the key pad light setting wont
activate. says it's on but no lights.
real shame
