I have been working on my newly acquired phone thinking maybe it's a problem with the initial installation. So this problem is faced by many. This will be my last transaction with Samsung. Who ever released this phone to the market should be behind bars. Samsung should refund us or just collect their suit and keep it. But maybe mine is a single sim China made. Where is this dual sim India made?

If the company never wanted to make the phone they should have left which smartphone contains a low sensitivity especially when fingers are a little sweaty this is the first most foolish i have seen with the feature how can a smartphone fail to sense on its screen while a little sweaty and infact it contains the worst operating system please ban this phone samsung quit joking while bringing useless phones to the market this is pure nonesense

I bought this phone two months ago and it has failed to download watsup.I have heard several people raising complains about the same.To me samsung Z2 is out to con customers.These fake phones should be removed out of the market!!

Learn to use it go to settings go to storage and ram and clear it. Phone not to bad easy to set it to download what i want to download and going to settings show u how to set it to download anything
