Phone is good in a suitable price but in tizen store some of the apps like whatsapp update facebook update clash of clans subway surfers need for speed no limits ultimate robot fighting were not there in the tizen store so plzz I'm requesting to give this apps.

I'm a big samsung fan but this Z2 is probably the worst ever!! No google play no tubidy how and what pleasure will i get at the end of the day??

we bought this Samsung z2 but we can't get whastsapp.this Tizen store is junk! I tried to create an account .no success.and the data flies quickly.all gone.no we expect much better from Samsung.the phone has good quality camera but we want whatsapp without problems.please Samsung

Samsung Z2 programmers please do something this phone and tizen store is useless. I can't do WhatsApp video calls,can't send documents via WhatsApp, can't upgrade WhatsApp, even if I search specific application in tizen to download they don't have and if I try to send it with another phone ,this phone doesn't allow it...I thought this was suppose to be a best new model. Samsung please do something

charms, 06 Mar 2017wish i had checked here 1st my phone being delivered tomorrow :-(I think its a good phone. I had the same problem but now the software for whatsapp is available. Check where its asking you to update software afterwards go to your whatsapp and its don. You will enjoy it

It has a lot of useless apps on this so called tizen store.I think its meant for children under the age of 06 only. It bloccks any app that you try to download e.g. Fnb. It is not worth its retail price, it should be sold for R100.00
