Worst phone ever. You have to buy your own sim card amd memory card. WhatsApp is the iPhone version, cannot even upgrade it or restore messages. Facebook is also not original app. My WhatsApp and Facebook always gives an error message of "too may error, uninstall app". There is also no Facebook messenger, if you are using Facebook use opera mini rather to access inbox messages. For the instruction manual you need to connect to Samsung's website. Will be replacing this phone as soon as I have funds for another phone. Bad quality phone. Rather stick to android cellphones... Tizen model phones are a waste of money.

This phone is the worst. I am in Lesotho and it says the services are not available in my country. Why sell it here if we cant even use whatsapp. I have never been so disappointed

We cannot also install apps downloaded from other sources why because tizen is in some monopoly fantasy hoping it can challenge android. So I have just wasted my money thinking that I was buying a good phone because I had faith in Samsung brand

Just because it wearing samsung brandname, doesn't mean this phone is gold. On the contrary, this samsung's phone is a total shit, utterly piece of junk.

I bought the Z2 in December 2016. I enjoy the phone a lot but is a bit disappointed because of downloading normal apps like with google play store. Can Samsung give us a choice on a google play store or Tizen play store. Tizen is frustrating because I need to download my banking app and can't. Please amend this problem for us Samsung people

I bought the phone before I see the comments or else I could have not bought it. I struggled for about 1 hour just to install Whatsapp. I was forced to install Facebook services before installing Whatsapp. After that I couldn't install any of my apps that I use daily to do my work. Even a bank app was impossible because is not in there store. I need bank since it assist in saving time of going to the bank physical to do transactions and also in carrying hard cash around. ADVISE: DON'T BUY THIS PHONE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR STRESS.

I have tried to contact Samsung and they are not coming out straight and in most cases they do not respond. The Z2 is an irritating phone in that I cannot download Apps that I want like Telegram, E-Sword, Go-Bible and the list is quite long...
Samsung Cheated and they must recall their phone. I spent money on this phone hoping to get a smartphone and I got an ordinary phone for the price of a smartphone.
Can someone give me the contacts of the CEO or the guy who is in charge of the Samsung public relations because other platforms are useless.
I want my money back. Period.
