It freezes, battery life is shit, does really supports whatsup, oh my god dont get me started on gmail its worse than basic html display. What a waste of R1100.

I regret having bought the Samsung Z2. One problem, it overheats, so much so that you can't hold it in your hand or against your ear. The battery life is very, very poor. It hangs very often. I have to switch off and on many times a day.
It supports whatsapp - sort of. My phone has been downloading Facebook since forever despite using both wi-fi and mobile data. The download just goes on and on.
Pity I was clueless and trusted Samsung would not make sub-standard phones available. I had no idea it is not an android phone, nor what that implies. At the store I was not informed it is a Tizen phone and what I might expect from it as a result. The Vodacom (South Africa) advertisement did not say it is a Tizen phone. If it did, I may have been prompted to ask some questions. But alas, it did not.

this one of the biggest mistakes of my life to have this piece of crap, this can't open powerpoint,excell, or any other office documents sent to me via whatsapp, its whatsapp is so stupid it can't even send document its self. the stupid thing doesn't even have whatsapp web i mean why do you cal this thing a smart phone when its even worse than nokia 3310.

the simplest way is to install share-it app 1st then they send it to you via share it.

went back to PEP were I bought it and told them they should tell the people its not a android phone Tizen means nothing Samsung should recall this phone and pay back the money a R1000 for this phone is a ripoff I can kick my bud for not reading on the net first
