Worst phone ever bought.
Design-wise, previous models were a lot better. Proof of crappy design:
1 minute excluding typing time is needed just to send one sms to someone.
one click to go to phone book
one click to select the name
scroll down to select "Send message"
scroll again to select "Message"
press "OK" again to start editing (What is the point?)
Switching to other input modes is confusing and inconvenient
2 clicks to be ready to send
2 clicks to send it.

Great phone, the looks and features are exceptional. Got used to samsung batteries so I don't expect a lot from its talk time. But the reception? Try changing you network, I never had a problem with my signal.

Got my z240 this summer and has been excellent,i live in finland in the middle of nowhere and have no problem with the signal,the battery lasts up to a week,and if i use it a lot 3 days,so you people who are complaining have faults with the phone and battery,my advice is to exchange it for a new one,sounds like a bad batch

Anyone knows how to set the naming of photos? It's not a big problem but no matter how you delete or shift photos away, the number on the names just piles up.

the phone has very nice physical features BUT it has the WORST receptions. I hope Samsung has plans to replace this phones.

I bought the phone 3 month back , Already visited once to service center and still having problem with the very poor quality reception . Need very high signal strength to communicate. Battery life is very poor , need recharge every day with moderate use.Rest all feature is ok.

I am really happy with this phone until now, had it almost one month ago.
My package has the red and blue cases. Red is REALLY sexy but I really want the white one though. Anyone knows how to get it? X3
Mine can send and recieve images just fine.

1. No MP3 ringtones for SMS alert.
2. Soft volume.
3. Loose clam. Maybe it's just my handset but mine is quite loose.
4. No hole for phone charm.
5. Other small stuff like themes and stuff but soon you will get use to it.

1. Sound is really good for MP3.
2. Expandable memory.
3. Mature design.
4. Camera is better than expected.
