I think samsung should start selling this product as second hand. really second hand phone.. waste of cash.. Samsung noob phone.. Dont buy this phone.. but it only when the price is at 500.

Stay away from this phone!!! Absolute rubbish. Nothing ever works, limited apps because of a rubbish OS. Rather use two tin cans and a piece of string!

Hey guys im a person who is techno fanatic and this piece of crap is sh###t man i mean if tizen wants to compete with android first of all allow us to have every application that android has then make your what app better than android come on yourl on a competition but yourl making simple versions of applications do url want us to go back to the past whaaat that aint competition they could of rather recomended this os to old aged people come on tizen we are getting fraustrated bring lucky patcher in tizen store make us have theme launchers that looks like a real phone not like a old piece of gabage

I have used the Z4 with the tizen store app extensivly ,I have been able to load any app I wish and have had no problems with the phone it is fast ,a nifty phone ,fits in the pocket .
I would rather use the tizen store app than the smart phone it's of much better quality

First do your research or ask questions before you buy a phone. This is a Z4 which is after the Z2. Samung's 2nd attempt in their latest/own operating system being Tizen OS. You only pay R800 to R1000 South African rands which makes it clear that this is an entry level phone not a high end phone with premium specs for high performance. Most Samsung phones run Android OS(owned by Google) and if the Tizen OS(owned by Samsung) comes right the more they update it and improve it surely Samsung will start making more and more Tizen OS based phones leading to high end premium specs for high performance. Just create a Tizen account on Tizen store using your cellphone number or e-mail (simply by following the on screen instructions) make sure you have data/airtime. As soon as you're done you'll be able to install new apps or update apps just fine.
Obviously it's a frustrating experience for now as people assume everything is "Android" and I blame some shops for not explaining to the customers that this is not an Android phone.

Samsung was my trusted cellphone brand until my expirience with samsung z4, i ddnt expect this from samsung even vodacom smart phones are a thousand times better than this. I can say we dont get thr value we paid for from this phone.
