yes l love the phone but somehow its not that smart l excepted at least give us the latest version of everything because that will be a big move with what these 4n can do

I cant download a thing with this phone, even when am connected to a wifi. This is just a huge disapointment for me, i wouldn't expect such from samsung

After some hairraising experiences with my Sony Experia Z3 details of bad experiences that will fill a book my dear wife thought she would do me a favour and bought me a Samsung Z4.
I have no words that are printable so I wont go there.
On the second day after purchase the phone started hanging and no amount of pressing buttons would make it work. Only way was to open the phone and take out the battery and then reboot it.
I took it to my ISP MtN and they investigated the problem and said there was a virus on the phone. Good grief I had not even been on the internet so how that this happen. It seemed to work for a while and then the same problem every time after charging it would freeze (maybe that is why its called a Z4 z as in freeze. I would imagine that the clips on the cover are by now well worn and will eventually stop functioning from the amount of times I have opened removed the battery and closed it again.
This morning for some reason Whatsapp stopped functioning and come up with a message your phone date is inaccurate! Adjust your clock and try again.
HAAAHHAAA you can do what you like I cannot get it to work.
Worst of all I took it to the Samsung Agents in Port Elizabeth and they told me to leave it with them for fixing under warrantee but I should backup all my data because that will get lost when they upgrade the OS Tizen. When I purchased the phone it came with a charging cable with a mains two pin plug and earphones but no communication cable to connect to a USB port on my computer which is needed to download my info from the phone. R120 later I went home to try and get the info off of the phone only to be told that my computer does not recognise the device and cannot copy the pictures to my PC. Samsung wants R180 to backup the data and reinstall it after they have done their magic. It could well be that R1400 later I still will not have a functional phone. I would like a Warrantee Assessment from Samsung to restore my trust in this phone. So far it has turned out to be a DUDD

Almost wasted money buying the Z4. Luckily read through these comments first. So happy I did that. Thx to everyone that saved me money, time and a lot of frustration.

I want to buy this phone, i already have z2, this phone good for gameing and have high durability, i dropped it countless time, at fatal happen, no heat when gaming, great secondary phone. Guuud job samsung

Wat a waste of money... Banking apps cannot be installed, key board not accurate, WhatsApp outdated and the least said about user friendliness the better! Wasted my money buying this sh*t now i have to wstch it collect dust while i have to buy an android phone. Nothing smart here just a piece of crap.

This is hands down the single worst phone/OS ever in existence ...
It is pointless having a 'smart' phone that is a glorified paper weight.

i think it is a good phone because of picture quality, network wise but i hate this thing of not sharing apps with others
