I am so heartbroken by the Samsung Z4 shame, it doesn't have many features n it doesn't install any type of apps. this fown is a waste of time and money. Samsung I want my money back this is phone of yours. is crapy . I cnt even install apps from other phones yet alone downloading them. and the Tizen store is also crapy js upgrade the damn phone or else refund us. this is not a smart phone it's a Toy I am so mad right now

This is the worst phone on the market. Well the phone itself might be ok but the os (tizen) should be scrapped. It has no place in the market trying to compete with google play store. User friendlyness is out of the window. It is just totally frustrating. I strongly advise that no one should buy any phone with the tizen operating system. You will not get your monies worth

It's intended for a "smart-ish" phone. Kinda a cross between the old Brew MP phones and Android. Basic smart phone functions without the insanity of all the apps.
These really should be offered to the senior crowd. Stop giving an 80 year old a year old Android phone. It's so much stuff that they just get themselves frustrated and furthered turned off from technology.

I got this phone yesterday and fair enough its a new OS and not many are used to it. Everything works as it should. Functionality is smooth and so far no hiccups. Its a great little phone as an entry level phones go. Camera is good all apps work perfectly. The app store has to play catch up but all in due course.

I understand some people's frustrations. But before i bought this Z4, i googled it first😮 And when i went to buy , i was aware of what am getting myself into. This phone is not designed for the clever people, but those who are new to smart phones . I agree with some people, the operating system is not of high standard compared to andriod smart phones . I also have proplem with installing apps shared from other operating system aa android - that's realy not so cool at all! They need to work on this issue"""" but the phone is cool , am enjoying it as of now, not much problems yet. But i think battery if used too much u ll have to charge twice a day.. Otherwise it can last for aday also. But☺the phone doesnt get hot fast, which is great . And the camera seems good compared to some smart phones under the same price category 👍😊. so scoring according to me it is a good phone. though not be best.

Just recently bought this phone ( Samsung z4)... omg what a waste of my thousand... can't download nor install files from other phones... When i do try to install it says "the device is set not to install apps from unknown sources"... Believe you me there is no such a setting on this phone. I paged it til i could no longer know what to touch or i just go out of my battery.
