Samsung's Smart Speaker will be called Magbee, coming at IFA 2018

Samsung's anticipated smart speaker will be called Magbee, according to a couple of trademark applications Samsung filled in the US and Europe.
We know very little of the speaker, outside of its existence, but we can bet good money that it will be powered by Bixby and Harman will have some involvement.

A recent patent application revealed that the speaker will have a dial. Samsung is expected to have some sort of wireless home audio solution in place with the Magbee speaker - likely with support for multi room audio and multiple speakers firing simultaneously.

Samsung could make Magbee official alongside the Samsung Galaxy Note9 on August 9. That Unpacked event could feature a new Galaxy Watch as well as new tablets, including the flagship Galaxy Tab S4.
